      **************** agreed to pay $135 upon receiving my new Apple watch. It was received by them on July 3rd, 2023. They did not contact me to request any information. They were just going to take my item and not pay me. It was not until I contacted them to ask them about the payment, only then did they asked for a S/N. I sent the box to them so I no longer have the S/N. This watch was gifted to me from my employer, so I do not have a purchase receipt and I do not use Apple products, as I am an Android user. I have attached the tracking number showing it was delivered as well as the order #. They should be able to find the item I sent with that info. They are withholding the agreed upon amount of $135. I am requesting they make good on their promise to pay for my item, or send me the watch back.

      The tracking associated with this order shows as delivered but our Qc team confirmed that we never received this package - misdelivered by ***** We requested the IMEI/SN of the device from the customer so we can open an investigation with **** however, customer is not cooperative. Customer said they do not have the IMEI/SN of the device so we informed them that they could obtain this information from where they purchased it or from the retailer since the device is new. We also asked the customer to reach out to the one who gifted the item to him to help him obtain the information we needed. The customer never responded with the information we need to open an investigation with *****

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      Your reply of "customer is not cooperative" is NOT ACCURATE.  The watch was a gift from my former employer who has been acquired in an acquisition. I told you before I am not able to get the serial number. It's ridiculous that you would give me a tracking number for the device  and then claim you cannot find it. The only way your system is able to tack incoming devices is a serial number? That sounds very convenient to rip people off. What is your tracking number for then if you can't track it?! You have still stolen the money from me that you claim to pay. Your system is clearly divined to rip people off. You have a horrible business model, I suggest you change it. I'm sure I am not the only one who has faced this issue with you.
