This company will not answer the phone or return emails regarding returns, exchanges or not charging restocking fees for mistakes make on their end. They are not accommodating or helpful. They have great products but their customer service is terrible and I will not be spending anymore more on their products or recommending them to friends. Very disappointingReview from Miya S

Seems like there is no way to get a hold of anyone in customer service. *** left numerous voicemails and emails with no response from the company. Its been a few weeks and I have not received any confirmation with tracking numbers as to whether my item even shipped.Review from Kalina H

This company sells premium products at a high price point. Their website notes complimentary returns/exchanges and nowhere does it say this only applies to ** orders. The customer service agent told me I would need to pay for return shipping. I asked her to show me this via their website return policy only to be told that I was right and she will speak to her supervisor about updating their website. One could assume that since the company admitted the policy on the website is not accurate then they would accept blame and pay for return shipping but no. Honestly unacceptable customer service. Their customer service is terrible and they are ****** do not stand behind their products. The thin handbag straps on all squishee bags flake off and look awful and cheap. And no one will call you back and they have no one doing repairs. Just an awful lack of service on their inadequate products. This happened on both my handbags.Review from Kathy W

They do not give you a hat size other than the size of the brim which is less than helpful. They do say, "fits most". I guess I am unique because the Lady ****** hat did not remotely fit. I was unable to receive a refund to my credit card after paying another $40+ to return ship it. So now I am out the price of an expensive hat and a return shipping fee. This is an advisal to not buy anything from this site because if it doesn't fit, you will never be able to receive a refund to your original form of payment unless you pay full price and, frankly, full price is so overpriced, you should never pay full price.
