This is the scam insurance company. I have spent HOURS on the phone just to get access to my member portal. Every time I click ANYTHING on my member portal I get this page that says:DATA IS MISSING OR INVALID PLEASE CONTACT YOUR FIDELIS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR I do then after an hour on the phone they make a "ticket" and "case number" with their IT s***** team to fix within "7 business days" where someone will call me and all should be fine. I have done this Groundhog Day process at least 8 times. NOTHING ever changes. They are the biggest con game in health insurance. I cannot wait to be done with them. They are the WORST health insurance company I have ever had to deal with.Fidelis Care Response

Awful customer service, they send you around in circles with robo menus and then hang up on you. Last time I called there were ads for satellite TV and a message telling me to leave a voicemail and they would get back to me.They deny claims for necessary tests and procedures to include routine labwork and pain management.I am a disabled veteran who sought a second opinion outside of the VA, and I am now hundreds of dollars in debt due to denied payment for labs. I cannot reach a representative to request a copy of the basis for the denial.Avoid this company unless you enjoy paying all your own medical bills.Fidelis Care Response

Worst insurance company ever. Pay high premium and they don't pay anything. This includes prescriptions. If you are on ******** with fidelis your covered 100%. If you pay for your insurance they cover nothing. So, you are paying for the people on welfare. This is not right at all. They should be investigated. Had to leave a star but they do not deserve any stars at all. Unfortunately in my area they are the only option to get insurance. My premium was paid right from my HSA account every month. They decided to not put it in my account until the next month and cancelled my insurance on me then refunded claim to refund my money. Which I have not gotten yet (2 weeks). Do not go with Fidelis if you have to pay.Fidelis Care Response

Absolutely the worst insurance company I have ever had! You pay high premiums and they dont cover you like they should. My orthopedic wants me to have an MRI and Fidelis Care has denied it every time for the past 7+ years. What the h*** does an insurance company know about the pain Im having in my back! Do not sign up with Fidelis Care. In my opinion they are worthless!!!! Worst customer service as well.Fidelis Care Response

They lost my premium payment and have threatened to cancel my daughters insurance. I have proof I paid it, I've contacted 6 people by phone, and about the same number of people via the online system. They all say different things but the majority of them say "just make the premium payment" well it won't let me make a second premium payment. I've told several people this. One lady said she created a case to send to finance and apparently finance didn't have enough info and closed the case out without telling me ( when I called to check on it some guy told me this). I'm pretty sure that lady had my whole life story including my blood type and what I had for lunch that day. My bank says I paid it, my screenshot of the approval of payment says I paid it. I just sent a check in for double the amount, let's see them lose this one. No one is helping and no one has fixed it. I figured I'll go this route and maybe somebody will fix this mess. I've had Fidelis since I was born and didn't have any problems until I had a child of my own. They wanted my entire medical history to determine if my operation to keep me from bleeding out was a necessity before they would pay and then still denied payment because they tried saying the hospital filed to late, even though I had called them immediately after receiving the later from Fidelis and they had informed me that they resubmitted the claim, which was well within the date listed on my letter. Now, they're doing the same thing to my child, but didn't bother to notify me so my son has had a $160 debt since last year that his doctor's ****** informed me of. Fidelis also used to file date excuse to avoid payment to my son's doctor after they submitted a claim immediately.Fidelis Care Response

I am tired of dealing with a company that can't get their sh*t together. I have been denied consistently over two years. taking months to resolve normal primary care visits, and dental cleanings. Back in December I signed up for a better coverage for the coming year I find out months later I dont have coverage. it seems like the company has no follow through. I can't begin to tell you the frustration and the amount of time spent on calls and emails... there's no resolution im out money and time. Ive had this insurance for years and lets be totally honest , its one of the worst ones for ****************. Considering its one of 2 only available (preferred I should say) in the county I live in (and surrounding) its got me by the so called balls! I dont get notice they switch it automatically and if I need explanation to it its referred back to people who dont talk English properly, or repeat word for word what the general speech for all on cards in front of them. Or they say going to do this service or that and get none promised! Also rude too boot of ask for a supervisor which doesnt speak English well either, its ridiculous. Another lovely thing is services are cut back. Yet people can get stupid stuff while others are denied services of necessity. Then if they deny the request for a needed thing (medicine, operation or procedure, etc) the so called people that deny it dont even have the medical knowledge of said request and dont even think its a good thing so nope!What the heck! Example: need of nerve blocks in back (so as not to take medicine) did the 2 pre tests required by fidelis. Got denied service by a pediatrician, no pain management specialist or training at all. Doesnt have a clue what it was intended for for patients! Really, I personally do not recommend these insurance company at all, no branch of it!Fidelis Care Response
