Ive been trying to sell my co-op apartment in *********************************** since spring of 2023. It is a financial burden and I need to get rid of it. The application specialist for VNYPM, *****************************, has seemingly been blocking the process. She continually doesnt answer calls, doesnt reply to emails, and dismisses or disregards requests for information by all parties involved. Once all the necessary documents were gathered by both parties and the sale was about to close she said the buyers application was rejected for some undisclosed reason. Now here we are again over a year later trying to sell again and ***************************** has again been the road block making the process way longer and way more drawn out than it needed to be. She has been not answering calls, not replying to emails, and dismissing or disregarding requests for information my all parties involved. Now that both parties have all the documents and are only waiting on a co-op board interview to proceed to closing she sends me emails about some concerns that need to be cleared. I asked her what the concerns were and she refused to tell me. She just requested I send her information that she already has. The transfer agent for the previous property management company told me was forwarded over to VNYPM when they took over management of the 3065 Sedgwick. All she has to do is look in the file. I dont know if the records are kept off site or shes just being too lazy to look or what but this is getting ridiculous. Every time we get close to closing on a sale she, and only she, comes out of nowhere with some kind of obstacle to the process moving forward. Ive called to complain to VNYPM about this person. *** asked on several occasions to speak to the manager or supervisor for this person but ** always just forwarded to her email or voicemail. I need to sell and shes doing everything she can to keep it from happening.Business response

i moved in on july of 2023 the door lock was broken and was to get fix still haven't been fixed i offer to buy lock and install my self the windows got broken few months ago in the winter they still haven't fixed it only giving me runaround they and giving me hard time to give me back my move in deposit after 4 months of asking for itCustomer response

Venture ******** Property Management, LLC, has refused to acknowledge my wife's many emails to them requesting a copy of the newest insurance policy for the condominium.My wife, *******************, is a member of the ***** of ********* and the owner of the Property Management *** consistently ignores her many emails and treats her as a second-class citizen.This has been my experience of him, too, and I was President of the ***** in the past. He consistently ignores all legitimate requests pertaining to the building. It is only when I write a negative review of his business that he contacts me. It has happened so many times previously, I cannot enumerate them all.Please rectify what I believe is malfeasance on the part of this company. He only makes himself available to a woman on the ***** who has usurped authorities not consistent with the bylaws.Customer response

This is inaccurate. ***** (the complaining person) is irrational and unrealistic. They are requesting a larger then 28 gallon hot water tank. The landlord we work for will not provide a larger tank because it is not warranted. This is comparable to requesting a 3rd show for your two feet. There is NO need or use for it.
We have had this inspected by Two certified with DOB master plumbers and both confirmed it is in perfect working shape.
