      We are not sure why the customer filed a complaint since it has been 2 months and we are still waiting for the customer response to our email regarding the order. (Please see attached)

       

      Anyhow, we already processed a full refund and customer should have the credit back on his account in 3-5 business days!

      Hi! We are not sure why the customer directly filed a claim here where as, we have not received any email or call to help identify the problem. 

       

      Also, the customer bought a quality compatible adapter not original but will work perfectly fine! This was also stated in our product description on our website! Please see attached.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      The item received was NOT a compatible alternative to the item that was represented by SavingOlogy.com and the item I was led to believe I was purchasing. That's called bait and switch! The item not only failed to work for the application it was purchased for. It failed to work altogether. I did reach out to the SavingOlogy.com for a refund and they ignored the request by insisting the item the sold me works.

      Like many others complaining about Savingology, I ordered an item on their website, which in this case was a 12v car charger for a Macbook pro. It was well represented on the website with a picture indicating a "specifically and purposely made" item that fits a Macbook Pro. Colored white, with an integral and permanent cigarette lighter plug to the power supply, and a specific Magsafe connecter identical to the original Mac component. What I received was a generic, multi- voltage cheap Amazon quality black power supply with a bullet plug connector, and a generic right angle adapter to make the bullet connector into a magsafe connection. I have been in contact with them on several occasions via email with no resolution. Telling them what was pictured is not even close to what I got. They like to talk in circles, much like the responses here on the BBB website. So I filed a dispute through ******, where they again stated a rebuttal to a completely different set of circumstances. They stated my item had in fact been delivered on such and such date, saying the shipping was economic and slower than normal, etc......That was not even remotely connected to my complaint. This place is known for bait and switch sales tactics.

      I purchased a charging devise from Savingology.com. The charging unit is correct but the electric cord from the charger to an outlet is a foreign electric plug. I have send several emails with pictures showing what was sent and what is needed to correct the problem. It's an easy fix, just sent the correct electric cord. Savingology has made no effort the resolve the issue.

      On 9/17, I ordered 5 chargers for a **** **** Jump Pack for my job. After ordering, I received no invoice of my purchase but the items did arrive on 9/20. Upon bringing them to work, I realized they were the incorrect product and were not compatible with the **** ****. On Wednesday 9/22, I submitted a form on the "contact us" portion on their site explaining the problem and inquiring about compatible components. Having no response from the company, I emailed their customer support directly on Friday 9/24. I received a response on Saturday 9/25 asking for additional details on the discrepancy. Those details were provided in a reply to that email on 9/27. I received no response from the email so I pursued other options for hardware. On 10/5, I replied to their email explaining that I would be pursuing other options and that I was inquiring on the process to return the 5 chargers for a refund. On 10/16, I received a response from them saying that my email must have been stuck in a spam folder and they again inquired about details of the issue. I replied on 10/21 explaining once again that I had already sought other charging solutions and that I would like information on how to return them. Having received no response still, I called their number 10/26. I was not answered by anyone but left a message detailing my order number and that I'd like to speak to someone regarding it. As of COB 10/28 I have received no response from the company. I am looking to return the chargers for a full refund as they are unused and as I reached out to them regarding the issue within 7 days which meets their return policy. I will not be doing business with this company again and will dissuade others as I believe this company does business in a very unethical manner.

      We can absolutely process full refund. We already sent the customer our return address since the quantity of the adapters we shipped is more than one and as soon as we receive the package, we will process full refund!

      I ordered a power cord with the item code MSI-MS-****-AC-Adapter-C and paid double for 2 day shipping.I have made multiple attempts to contact this company and have had 0 response.It has been 5 days and the order is STILL in process. *********************** how many days does a 2 day process take? I would be a bit more patient if there was even some type of communication regarding the matter, but I have made several phone call attempts and sent 2 emails, and have had a zero response rate. If i do not receive at least a response in the next day or 2 I will be filing a fraud claim with my bank, because this is just flat out abysmal service.

      Hi! We actually are not sure why the customer filed a complaint where as, we actually advised the customer that the item was in back order so we had to cancel the order.

      Since the order was not fulfilled, we did not charge the customer for this transaction which we also confirmed on our email.

      This order was canceled and we did not charge the customer for this transaction!
