I PURCHASE A ****** ROGUE ON NOVEMBER 7, 2020 AT THE ******** LOCATION. THE STARTING PRICE WAS $12,990. I PUT 12K DOWN. WHEN EVERYTHING WAS SAID AND DONE THE FINANCE PRICE ENDED UP TO BE $29,573.87. WHEN I ARRIVED HOME I CALLED ************************* TO LET HIM KNOW THAT IT WAS A DISCREPANCY IN THE PAPERWORK. HIS EXACT WAS HE SAID VERBATIM WAS "OK AND I UNDERSTAND. I'LL TAKE CLEAR THAT UP". LET ME ADVISED THE CHARGES: STARTING PRICE $12,990 + THEY ADDED THE ESTIMATE DOWN PAYMENT OF $1995 + $2995 FOR CERTIFICATION + $995 PREP + $895 ADMIN = ****** PLUS TAX OF *******. WHY ADD REFLECTION OF DOWN PAYMENT OF $1995, WHEN SHOULD HAVE NOT EITHER BE ADDED ON THE PAYMENT. NOW, ************** ADVISED ME THE MONTHLY PAYMENT WOULD BE $521. HE SAID IN LOWER FOR ME TO LOWER THE MONTHLY PAYMENT, HE ADDED $3K SO MY PAYMENT WILL BE $404.60. NOW WE ARE NOW AT $24,571. THEY ADDED THE WARRANTY OF $2500 AND SALES TAX OF $2200.87 + $75 +$190 FOR PROCESSING APPLICATION + $37 FOR *********** FEES = $29,573.Business response

PLEASE NOTE THAT THEY ARE ABOUT $5K WORTH OF OVERCHARGE FEES ON THIS CONTRACT AND IT NEEDS TO BE HANDLE IMMEDIATELY. Please be advise no one has not contact me in regards. October 6, 2021, I texted ************* to let him know that I was coming to the location on Friday, October 8, 2021. When my sister and I got there ************* was not there. I was told he was at the Bronx Location which I felt he should have told me that morning. AND STILL TODAY NO ONE HAS NOT REACH OUT TO ME IN REGARDS........Billing adjustment; Contact by the business; CORRECT THE ERRORS MADE BY YOUR COMPANY
