      As I drove up to the drive thru I realized no one was attending after waiting for nearly 2 minutes. I then drove up to the window where I waited again for another minute before someone came to the window. The person started speak an order that wasn’t mine because I had not ordered yet. They then refused to take my order claiming it was busy when there was no one in the store. They then proceeded to call the cops because they wouldn’t take my order because I refused to go back to the drive thru speaker after waiting 15 minutes, almost 20 minutes order.

      I have been having an absurd amount of quite bad experiences at my local Burger King. I’ve tried to report each one to customer service and they told me they’d have the store reach out. It’s been many weeks and I’ve checked back in and still nothing. For any of the incidents. I’ve never gotten a refund yet, I’ve never gotten an explanation for other issues. And I don’t understand why the gift card I have won’t apply to my account which is contributing to more issues with Burger King.

      i went to burger king store # 30068 on 1-18-2024 at 7:11 pm in west seneca ny 14224 phone number ###-###-#### transaction number *****-*****-*****-***** and ordered 2 ******* pies and after i paid they said they did not have any. i asked for a refund and was refused a refund the manager who would not give ker name, a long blonde-haired lady, said they did not do refunds. there was no sign stating that. my order also did not have bacon on it and i paid for bacon and i ordered half fries and half onion rings and did not get the onion rings, i want my money back $22.91. this is consumer fraud and i am reporting this to the better business bureau. again, ***** ****** ********** **********@*******.com. i included a copy of the receipt.

      Hello, I have been going to the Webster,Ma location for 3 years now and I never had a problem with the employees or food. However 2 weeks ago on nov 15 th I went to that location and ordered the bacon double cheeseburger and your ghost pepper chicken fries . The burger was good , however the fries were not edible. They were burnt and dried I was not able to eat that item. I had to throw them out. I called that location that I evening and for next 3 days and knowone picked up the phone. I am at awe that I could not reach anyone at that location. Then I went back to that location last week to place an order and to ask to speak to a supervisor about the horrible chicken fries. I spoke to a young guy at the drive thru window and told him that I ordered the chicken fries the last time and they were horrible and I wanted to speak to the supervisor he told me there was no supervisor that I could speak too and he couldn’t do anything for me. I find this is ridiculous what type of place does not have a supervisor or try to fix something they screwed up on. I was not happy and told him that I would not come back since he treated me so poorly. But my boyfriend likes bk burgers so he wanted it again tonight Thursday Nov 30. I reluctantly went to that location again even though I did not want to go again. since there the only one in my area I had no choice but to go there tonight. I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger and value half fries and onion rings. When I got to the window the young girl made a snarky comment to me about my last visit when I said I would not visit there again . The young guy from last time was also there tonight and they were both talking negatively and laughing about me. This is unacceptable behavior towards a customer. I did not get there names tonight but I went there around 8:45pm to 9:00 pm. These 2 employees need to be quiet and just do there jobs and not speak about me negatively. The food tonight was also terrible. I feel they purposely screwed up my food as well. My bf started to get sick after eating it. He had bad heart burn and throwing up. He never experienced this before when eating Bk’s food. But tonight he is not feeling well . This is also unacceptable behavior. I will not be going there again and I expect these 2 employees who worked the drive thru be terminated or have severe repercussions. I emailed them to express my frustration and knowone from Bk corporate or that location reached out to me . I am currently also looking for an email for the food and safety site as well. Unsatisfied Upset Customer

      I would like to request for a refund. However i can not find my receipt but can provide my cc transactions if needed. 

      i would a refund fir 1 order of the ghost pepper fries and 2 orders of the bacon double cheese burger and extra for my frustration with the unpleasant employees.
