Agreed on work to be done after the next day did not complete all the work said he would be back the following day to finish said work after contacting Him to confirm pricing, he then all of a sudden has a dump fee that he has added on and had said that he told us about the dump fee, but he had not told us about the dump fee. Claims that he sent a physical quote to ******** ********* but did not. Showed up before agreed time, made it seem like he had a crew and the work was going to be quick and one load, only he showed up and then started talking about multiple loads. BUYER beware of the fees and miscommunication of this business owner.

The wife called Ask me for a quote to remove a few piles of brush. Send me pictures. I called her back and let her know that. I have to come out in person to do an estimate. She said that was fine. I got out there about 4 o'clock that evening to do an estimate. Her husband came out Show me the piles A brush that needed to be removed. Then I should know I received Payment after work is done. He said that was ok his wife Message me later that evening asking Ask me if the estimate was still $225 I said yes with the $65 dump fee for both loads She decides that I never told her that I said no. I told your husband that he's the one that came out and did the estimate with me. He must have not communicated with his wife about the Estimate, The customer says if they have to pay a dump fee They do not want to continue the work. I tried explain to the The customer there's always a dump fee as I explain to your husband I cannot take it to your town and dump for free. Cause I'm at of residence there. I have to take it to the landfill and get charged by the load She said she refuses to pay the dump fee because I never told her Which I told her husband that came out And did the estimate with me.. So the job was fully Completed on my part And I have all the messages to back up everything ty. I also like to add that we do not take payment until the job is complete.
