*******************************, and his company All Putnam Development **** was the contractor on our home that we purchased from him on May 6th, 2022. We signed a contract originally in February *********************************************************************************************************** within 60 days of closing, go the purchasers satisfaction. We are approaching a year since we closed and there are still unfinished portions of our house. Missing kitchen shelving. Missing parts of kitchen appliances. An open gap in the railing of our deck, which is dangerous for our two year old child. There are portions of the wall unfinished. Vents on the wall and ceiling uninstalled. The patio was finished without any border stones so all the stone dust is washing away. We have made repeated attempts to cordially contact ******* but our attempts have gone basically ignored. He responds saying h*** come by or send someone out to us but nobody ever shows. Since we moved in, he has completed building one house on our street and has started to build another. He claims the building department in the town wont allow him to do certain work that he promised us but hes currently building a new house in our town. The blue print of our house also includes columns on our front porch and there are no columns.
