I got into a serious accident on March 4th 2024. I called the police and they called ********'s to tow my car. The police informed me that the first day is free. I had asked this question because I had AAA and I didn't want to pay for tow, but since the police was handling the accident I listened. We went to to go pick up the car and the representative was super rude. He would not give my car. The car was towed at 9am I did not return home till 7. At the end when he finally agreed to give us our car he charged us cash even tho he had a credit card service. He wanted us to leave the car there so eventually he can take ownership of it. He even told us that AAA will not tow you car because they will dispatch the job to them and they will reject it. At one point in time he even tried to fight my younger brother physically when my brother simply looked at him and said to stop being rude. We filed a complaint against the business with the police and they said to file a complaint against them in Better Business of Bureau to get my full refund for there bad behavior. The police officer even apologized to my family on their behalf and said they will be removing Lil Petes from there services. I have attached the full report I submitted to the police and they have taken action but have asked me to file a complaint against them here.Customer response

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Lil Pete's Automotive 2 Inc. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Lil Petes contracted me and they still refused to offer full refund. Instead they said they dont deal with Better Business of Bureau and dont care what they have to say. The guy also said he was calling me because he received a complaint from Better Business of Bureau thats why they reached out. Other than that it was just a call to threat me about nonsense that they were lying about. I contact ******* ****** regarding the situation and he told me not to pick up there call anymore.
Police complaint was filed against them, however I still demand my full refund due to there bad and rude service. They act like they are some mafia and pretend they are well connected to take you down if you try to go against them. They are bunch of thiefs trying to juice out every ***** they can from there unfortunate customers that have to deal with them.
