They told me a price to extract two teeth. Upon exiting the exam room the lady who just told me the price proceeds to tell me that she was wrong and thats not the ************ which is actually not 594 its ****!!! So I paid them 594 even tho they told me only half of that was due and the remaining balance can get paid later. But my teeth were already out at this pointBusiness response

Patient *********************** made an appointment and was presented with a treatment plan in the office on July 25, 2023 (see signed treatment plan) which he agreed to. Fees associated with procedures are dictated by his ***************** policy which we participate with and will file a claim for, however coverage and limitation are dictated by Metlife and that is a contract between the patient and the insurance company, we are not party to that. The parameters of how they pay are outlined in his contract, we simply abide by them. When he was unable to pay the entire amount, we extended him a credit card authorization for the final half the following month in August. On that agreed upon date as signed on authorization (see attached) the card did not authorize the full balance outstanding. ********** made numerous attempts at reaching out to him to resolve the outstanding balance which he did not pay. Filing a complaint is not valid when we are following all parameters of office policy (see attached) and *****************.
