On Dec 1, 2022 I ordered a sewing cabinet from sewingsea.com. I put the item in the online cart and proceed to check out. I chose to pay $75.15 via PayPal. I did not receive a confirmation email from sewingsea confirming my order. I then emailed sewingsea on Dec 5, 2022 asking if they could please confirm my order. I stated that I have not received any communication from them. That email came back as delivery incomplete on Dec 6,2022. I emailed sewingsea again on Dec 7, 2022 asking for a confirmation. That email came back as delivery incomplete on Dec 8, 2022. I contacted PayPal on Dec 10, 2022 (maybe a day before) and asked for a refund. My reason was I have not received this item. PayPal sent me a reply that the merchant had proof of delivery had been made. Merchant email was maymanjsehtm@gmail The tracking number was ****************** The merchant, ***** *** Trading Develop Limited, said the delivery was made on Dec 7, 2022. I have not received anything. I contacted the merchant using the email given to PayPal, ****************** asking about my package. No reply. I contacted UPS and filed a lost package claim. UPS can not tell me anything due to privacy issues. The tracking number does not match my address. As of Jan 10, 2022 UPS still will not or can not tell me anything. PayPal can not refund my money until UPS gives notice that the package was delivered somewhere else. UPS told me the tracking number was requested by Amazon and I should call Amazon. I said I didn't buy from Amazon. UPS said again, they could not help me and I was to call Amazon. UPS gave me Amazon's phone number. I called Amazon, they said the tracking number is not for me or my address and they can not tell me anything. I ask if the item was for a sewing cabinet that weight 133 lbs. They said no it is not. Amazon did confirm it is a tracking number belonging to their goods. No one can help me due to privacy and the tracking number given to PayPal for me is not for my address.
