The weatherization program hired this company on my behalf for my 122 year old farmhouse. Basic carpentry for windows and doors and blown in insulation. There’s no formal communication of exactly what’s going to be done while what is said prior is not what actually takes place. Each of ten original cast iron window latches were brutally carved out and cheap ones slapped on, door frames jaggedly carved out in a Preschool DIY to slam in bolt locks, broken glass replaced with broken plexi glass that’s just resting in place a car popped thru (nor the least secured in with even tape that seems to be there way of workmanship),. They advertise non invasive blown in insulation that will blend in with your home. My property value went down instead of up like I expected when getting the work done. 3-4 in holes drilled in 1930 custom walls then light brown wood corks pushed into my 1930 asfalt walls eye level, above windows and below windows STRAIGHT ACROSS my wall. My neighbors have stopped to ask who did this and show disgust. My entire back corn area of walls more brutally drilled in with double fist size holes that have been formed and corked and totally destroyed, again this was done against what I stated I’d allow. I just bought my property and wanted to remove all siding so it was crucial no damage would be tolerated. The entire back corner of two sides now has to be salvaged at my own convince and payout. I’m a flower vendor and the inventory trampled in that area. I stopped all drilling and they didn’t even consider finishing the work in an alternative way to prevent damage! I asked for their insurance information in an email to their customer experience team member as well as the weatherization boss only to be made to feel less deserving because I went thru a grant. Don’t believe their website thinking your getting beautiful work to improve your home. They say they’re fully insured so I say “ GIVE MW YOUR POLICY NUMBER@

We were the subcontractor for a county weatherization program, CEO. CEO was the general contractor for the project that provided all of these services and installs, for free, to increase energy efficiency in her home. CEO created the work scope, including the application and materials to be used, that we followed. CEO is managing the project and her concerns, since her project agreement is between them. CEO states that our application was done according to the contract, as expected and has correspondence with Ms. ***** that she agreed and confirmed that application before and during the process. If there is damage to the glass, we will certainly provide a replacement.
