I purchased ticket to an event at the Knockdown Center on February 26, 2020, Bicep Live, for a total of $60.92. My confirmation number was **********. The event was postponed due to covid and was only rescheduled in December 2021 for April 2022. When I got an email on December 3, 2021, it said to email if you needed a refund which I promptly did. The refund was never processed. A few days before the event I was sent e-tickets to the event. I emailed again requesting a refund. I sent a message on the site's website. I called many times and left a message, no one ever returned my calls. I am seeing a refund for this event and to let you know about the improper business practices of this organization.Customer response
