    Purchased a new audio system on Dec 18th ************************************************ a 2023 Jeep Wrangler for Christmas on December 22, 2023, at 8am. The installation was supposed to take a few hours, but when I called mid-day to check on the progress, I was told it would take a few more hours. I explained that I needed the car by 5pm to attend a holiday party, but when I arrived at 5pm, I was told that my vehicle was blocked in by another car and they needed a few more minutes. After waiting for 45 minutes, I spoke to the manager, ********, and learned that tech ***** was still working on the car and would need another day to complete the installation. After demanding to see the car, I saw that the interior was totally ripped out.I reluctantly left the car overnight and was promised it would be done by noon on December 23. However, I received a call from ******** at 10:30am on December 23, informing me that it would be done by 2pm. When my son and I arrived at 2pm to pick up the car, we were shown the work that had been done and left. However, within minutes of driving, the radio stopped working, so we immediately returned to the shop. They tried to fix it but asked us to come back the next day. On Christmas Eve, they fixed the issue, and the system started working.Unfortunately, on December 26, the screen went blank again, and there was no audio coming from the system. We have been back to the shop four times since the installation, and the issue persists When I spoke with manager ******** and installer *****, they simply told me to bring the vehicle back for further repairs. Again, on February 6th went back and more issues. February 14th. The screen turns black, FM radio is playing static and the mid-range speakers shut down only leaving base audio on. I am frustrated with the lack of progress and concerned about the safety and functionality of my son's vehicle. As of today Feb 24th still not working. I need to have another dealer fix.

    Horrible customer service, horrible quality work. I brought my car there for the 2 front windows, windshield, tail light and reflectors on the front fenders to be tinted. I dropped the car off the night before so they can have it as soon as they open and I called to see where they were at to see if I would be able to pick it up before I left for work. I was told by a person that works the desk that the guy that was supposed to work on my car screwed them and isnt coming in today but theyre going to call him and try to get him to come in(not a customer issue nor should a customer be told this) and they would have someone start on the car right now. I call at the end of the day a half hour before they close that someone is going to start it now. I call again the next day around noon after being without a car for a 2nd day and I was told theyre starting the tints(again) so I gave them until the end of the day and called and they said just finished the 2 windows and they just started the windshield, I told them do the windshield and thats it bc I cant lose my car for a 3rd and possibly a 4th day at their speed they work. They didnt listen and did the reflectors anyway probably bc it was fast to do and they can charge me for it, the passenger window tint had bubbles in it and there was something under the tint on the windshield that you can feel. They said bring it in and they will fix it, it took until 530pm they fixed the bubbles but didnt touch the windshield and didnt tell me that. Next day I call and they say the employee mustve forgot to tell who did the car to fix the windshield so bring it in again. I call again the next day around 530 and they said they just finished, they said they fixed the drivers window which had nothing wrong with it. I get it back and the windshield is untouched again with the same issue. I call the next day and was told they may not have did it bc they didnt have tint film. 4x I call and nobody calls back to resolve the issue.
