I spend $700 dollars for Microblading , which is a process of tattooing your eyebrows on - so both brows are supposed to be symmetrical but mine two looked totally different one completely lighter than other and different shape . The owner did not care.Business response

I must begin by stating that I am quite surprised by this complaint. At no point after her follow up appointment, which took place on June 16th at 9:30 am, did **************** notify me that there was a problem or that she was dissatisfied in any way. **************** reached out to me several times prior to that appointment, during the initial healing phase and expressed concern over color retention and symmetry. While color retention and symmetry are never guaranteed as stated clearly in the paperwork **************** signed, I explained numerous times that cosmetic tattooing is a process and most issues could and would be resolved at the follow up appointment. It seems that **************** is either unwilling or unable to comprehend the process of cosmetic tattooing. I again reassured **************** at her follow up that if there was any further issue once the brows healed again in 6 weeks to let me know and it would absolutely be addressed. The statement that I didnt care is an outright lie. The last correspondence I have record of from **************** prior to this complaint was confirmation of her June 16th follow up appointment. At the end of that appointment **************** even apologized to me for repeatedly questioning the process and assured me she was satisfied with the alterations ************ day. I would kindly ask that **************** provide proof of notification to me after June 16th that stated she was dissatisfied with the service or that show I did not care. It seems to me that **************** did not properly educate herself or set realistic expectations prior to having this procedure. I pride myself on customer satisfaction and in 7 years of doing business I have not received a single complaint until now. Its unfortunate that **************** chose to attempt to damage my reputation rather than come to me directly and address this. I would have been happy to resolve this amicably.Customer response
