I am a mechanical contractor and was required to take and purchase safety training courses and certificates once completed as per the law in ***. A picture was taken of me initially and was told the card would be sent. I recieved that card. I wasn't in a good place mentally or physically at the time of the photo and decided that I would prefer that I or anyone else don't see this photo of myself moving forward so I had a second photo approved by this company on their platform and proceeded to purchase a new card. Come to find out this company didn't honor the updated photo that they approved and charged me to basically buy a new card with the same old picture that should have been replaced by the new one. Nowhere during the process was I warned that the old photo would still be used nor that the new updated approved photo wouldn't be applied as current despite saying that the photo was approved and updated. I either would like the correct card made and delivered to me as I've paid for it or I want my money back for the incorrect card that of which I already had before the photo I want on the new card was approved and updated on my profile/file.Business response

Hello,
I had spoken to ****** and advised him that we would be giving him a new copy of the card with no problem which would be sent today 3/14/2023. He responded and said thank you so much.
