      I began a trial with Rare Leads but before the trial ended, their salesperson was unable to make the meeting, and I requested cancelation before any charges began. I never began service and have NEVER even logged into their system...I never began any service. I then requested cancelation multiple times via email so the charges would stop and be refunded, also sent numerous ******** messages, and left countless voicemails. I was able to get my bank to I am requesting a refund of the eight charges of $89, which totals $712. I requested my bank go after them but they told me I needed to pursue action another way. Please help!!I have attached some of my email correspondence as well as my bank records for the eight charges totaling $712.

      I started with Rareleads in Feb 2022. ******************* was kind enough to extend my trial since I was unable to take advantage during the given time. I was able to use the system, without any luck for almost 6 months. I contacted **** via email on Aug 2 at 1:07pm EST asking him to cancel my membership. He promptly responded that he would take care of it at 3:54pm EST. I noticed that I was charged again on Aug 22 so I sent another email asking **** for an update. I did not hear back and sent another email to **** on Sept 18, and copied the rareleadsteam email to this inquiry. To this day, still no response. I attempted to call the phone number listed on the website and it is no longer in service. I sent another email to the general mailbox this morning at 10:05am EST. I have yet to hear back. I have now been charged $356 since my cancellation request that I was told was going to be taken care of. This is a month-to month service and no contract involved. I have kindly asked for this money to be refunded without success, yet they continue billing me.

      This company is coming after me for money when they have not done what they agreed they would do. I don't owe them any money 1st based the fact that they never signed the contract they gave me to sign. Which leads me to believe they never intended to live up the the agreement. First of all the leads were not interested in buying a house. They were supposed to be live transfer, they were supposed to be ****** leads and ******** leads.. I never received one ****** lead.. They were supposed to set up my ****** account for me, never did unless you call a personal page that was not my business page a business ****** page that, even took months to complete. I felt like everything they did was an after thought never organized or as promised. One day I was sitting at home minding my business and I see a charge of $1,000 being declined on my **************** card it was them attempting to charge my card for a transactions I never agreed upon. There was another strange charge attempted after I gave them my card number. Luckily I keep my card locked. We never had anything ever mentioned about a $1,000 on any payments. There was another time they took $11 out of my account without my consent. I tried for months to allow them to give me what they said I would receive, which cost me time and money. They were supposed to help me build my business instead they set me back months with no commission coming in. I would never recommend them to anyone. Not to mention the website they set up in neon green and a ******* home while I live in Georgia I asked them to change the site to something more pleasing to me they changed the house with one I sent to them and never made the site look professional.. I can't explain in words how much time and money I wasted dealing with this company.. Now they are threatening to *** me and take me to court.. I was willing to let it go and not ever mention them again. But they are texting and calling me about money I don't owe.

      This company took my money for 2 months I received zero results I tried cancelling the third month and they still took my money with no refund after I spoke to them they tried to resolve the issue by offering me a different service I never received tried contacting them multiple times and have not heard back anymore Im on month 4 now and Im still getting fees charged to my business account I had to file claims with my bank and changed out cards since they dont stop charging or responding to me anymore close to $3000 spent with this company got zero results and refuse to stop charging me when we where supposed to be on a month to month basis
