    ON 3/16/2024 I FINANC** A 2023 KAWASAKI KL650MPFNN I WAS TOLD IT WAS A GREEN COLOR AT THE **** OF SALE BUT AFTER THE PAPERWORK WAS DONE I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM ZEUS THE SALESPERSON TELLING ME I WAS SOLD THE WRONG COLOR ****.I PAID ***** DOLLARS DOWN AND FINANC** ******** INITIALLY THE **** WAS PRIC** AT 4,999.I WAS LEAD TO BELEIVE THIS WAS THE AMOUNT I WAS PAYING FOR THE MOTORCYCLE.I PURCHAS** INSURANCE THE SAME DATE AND THE **** WAS PURCHAS** AND REGISTER** IN MY NAME.**** FROM ISLAND POWERSPORTS DELIVER** A MOTORCYCLE TO ME THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY WITH MY PLATES ALREADY INSTALL**. BUT I WAS CONTACT** BY THE SALESPERSON ZEUS STATEING I WAS DELIVER** THE WRONG **** WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMERS VIN NUMBER THAT WAS SOLD TO A DIFFERENT CUSTOMER.I WAS NEVER DELIVER** THE MOTORCYCLE THAT I PURCHAS**. THE ***** NEW **** STAY** AT THE DEALERSHIP. BECAUSE OF THE MISLEADING AND THE HASSLE I DECID** I NO LONGER WANT** TO RECIEVE THE MOTORCYCLE.I ASK** ZUES THE SALESMAN AND ** THE STORE MANAGER TO REFUND ME AND KEEP THE ***** NEW ****.     The representatives at Island Motorsports engage in borderline criminal behavior, deceiving customers and using cheap tricks to extract as much money as possible. I was promised a test drive multiple times and requested one throughout the sale process, but I never received it. They kept insisting I complete various steps before I could test drive the Slingshot, including going to **** of America and giving them the check. When it was time to sign, I dealt with a very pushy salesperson trying to sell me a tire warranty and extended warranty. In my haste, I made the mistake of signing the dotted line without insisting on a test drive. After signing, I was told they don't actually offer test drives, and that the salesperson who promised one made a mistake. I got the "no one forced you to sign" line. Additionally, I was told the Polaris came with Apple CarPlay, which was a major reason for my purchase. After buying the car, I learned I had to pay extra for it. After paying for it, I learn that I had to pay more to get it to work because a special headset is needed (none of this was disclosed to me at any point).On top of that, the car had a mechanical issue right off the bat, I brought it back to the dealer and asked for my money back (I was pretty mad at that point), I was told to leave the car there and come back in the morning and "we'll see what we can do'. Came back as soon as they opened the doors and was told it was too late, they somehow sent the title to the *** between 6:00pm and 8:00am, and there is nothing I can do.
