The representatives at Island Motorsports engage in borderline criminal behavior, deceiving customers and using cheap tricks to extract as much money as possible. I was promised a test drive multiple times and requested one throughout the sale process, but I never received it. They kept insisting I complete various steps before I could test drive the Slingshot, including going to **** of America and giving them the check. When it was time to sign, I dealt with a very pushy salesperson trying to sell me a tire warranty and extended warranty. In my haste, I made the mistake of signing the dotted line without insisting on a test drive. After signing, I was told they don't actually offer test drives, and that the salesperson who promised one made a mistake. I got the "no one forced you to sign" line. Additionally, I was told the Polaris came with Apple CarPlay, which was a major reason for my purchase. After buying the car, I learned I had to pay extra for it. After paying for it, I learn that I had to pay more to get it to work because a special headset is needed (none of this was disclosed to me at any point).On top of that, the car had a mechanical issue right off the bat, I brought it back to the dealer and asked for my money back (I was pretty mad at that point), I was told to leave the car there and come back in the morning and "we'll see what we can do'. Came back as soon as they opened the doors and was told it was too late, they somehow sent the title to the *** between 6:00pm and 8:00am, and there is nothing I can do.

We Had A Horrible experience At This Place! Beware! My ******** Came in to Purchase a JetSki After Some unfortunate Life Events. We Were Recommend a 2023 Seadoo Rxpx Apex300 with 8hrs for $20k+, long story short our second ride the ******************** Blew Up. My first interaction with Service I was called a lier twice, first about my appointment to drop the jet ski off (9:30am) & second about the jetski being broke. ***** first words were I Know Who Owns That Jetski And ***re Is Nothing Wrong With ********** with your appointment to drop it off I know you dont have an appointment because theres seven other jet skis here in front of you I felt belittled and more desperate than I did stranded in the ocean for eight hours when the JetSki broke on me. I had went in person on four different occasions to speak to the Finance manager ********, General manager, Sales Manager(******) about my situation and what we can do and I have had service call me a lier & get aggressive, lie to me for weeks about waiting On Parts, but in reality they never Submitted proof of needing the parts so seaDoo can send the parts, Ive bin Yelled ********* up On byFlo from finance, when asked for help her answer was She Doesnt know who I am, she doesnt remember me and what I purchased and Im not the one to help you , I cannot help you. *** been walked out of the store four times in a row, looking to speak to a manager, and I have never got a call back And its been just about a month. Today, **** from service told me that my JetSki needs a new motor *** motors are on national backorder. This whole process has been disgusting. Im just an average guy looking to support a local business in return get treated fairly and I feel so belittled and hopeless. ***y had no problem taking my money but once thats done Youre on your own. This was supposed to be a brand new Top of the line machine with full coverage and warranty yet somehow I have no options and get belittled!

****************** ran my credit report 3 times in a week.. And given me different reason why but put more money down on the bike so i can walk out with it... I think thats a get over so u can go buy the ************** new cause they done mess up your credit score.. Thats not cool what they did to me or others
