Massena Burger King is by far the absolute worst restaurant in this town. They didn't even know their own restaurant doors were locked when we were there to pick up for a Doordash order, went through the long drive threw with a long ass line waiting and they told us "Doordash goes through the lobby". So we said "yeah already tried that the doors are locked". How do you not know your restaurant doors are locked?? When I personally went for drive threw food it took them 30mins for mozzarella sticks and chicken fries that's it. A guy there before also yelled at us for coming inside acting like Doordashers weren't supposed to come inside when we are exactly supposed to do just that. They constantly have their doors locked with only an old couple inside like they choose favorites with those people. Families always are getting upset not being able to have a sit down meal with their littles and then having to leave because the doors are locked. They rush the orders going out even and then people on Doordash are missing items because of them. Their AC unit still is not fixed making inside like a sauna. There is flies absolutely everywhere inside which is not sanitary at all it's disgusting. They even miss doordash orders bc they "moved them off their screen". Their computers have gone down as well while we were there so they didn't know what was in the doordash order we had. This place seriously needs to be closed down once and for all. If I could rate negative stars I would.

Customer arrived already with an attitude . ******** is always to be picked up instore and not Drive Thru. She then proceeded to cause a scene with the gentleman working behind the counter . Sometimes the door sticks and just needs to be pulled on . If arriving after 8 the dining room is locked. After talking to the gentleman she proceeds to state that everyone there were crackheads and proceeded to use profanity calling employee a " Fat *******. We cant please everyone all the time but this was completely over the top and didn't need to hasppen like this.
