Brought truck in for running issue(goes into limp mode) they diagnosed as a high pressures fuel pump-cost to replace was $10,500…. That repair was completed. While picking up the truck on 8/18/23 tech advised that “Hey we changed your oil too)-13 days later my truck was acting up while shopping in Massena…… drove straight to dealership and there was a POOL of oil that came out of the oil plug. Next day was advised that they were going good for plug but needed to order A GM one so it would be Tuesday when the truck could be picked up……… at that time the tech named Gavin indicated all should be well because there was enough oil still remaining in the truck as he was only 1/2 mile from the dealership when this happened. When the vehicle was picked up on 18 August iPhone to advise, there were some electrical issues going on and would return it so they could get fixed but I needed to get caught up on my business when I got there to pick up my truck. I had asked them to take care of the AC that was working when I brought it there and wasn’t working when I picked up my truck, at that time they advise that when refilling the AC there was a noise coming from bank 1…. Now the dealership is indicating that the motor is blown. I do not feel this is my responsibility and they are trying to charge me 23,000 for a new motor. I feel they’ve been very unprofessional during this whole process while I was speaking with Gavin through it all and then I feel when the story was to change, Chuck got on the phone and said the engine was blown and there was nothing they could do. I feel it’s time to investigate as this has put me out of business. Again , after paying $10,500 from a diagnosis of a fuel pump I must say this just about broke me, but I made it happen so I could continue being in business and now there’s no way in God‘s creation I will be able to be in business with having to replace a motor I don’t have the means to do so, nor do I feel this motor job should be on me.
