I have done business with this company, Tickledpet, for almost 2 years, ordering dog treats. *** had a subscription for part of that time and never had an issue. I placed an order (#****) on November 20, 2022, it was not fulfilled after 2 weeks, but they did charge my credit card for $26.09, so I attempted reaching them at least 10 times by leaving phone messages, emails and text messages. They never responded. I was unsuccessful at canceling my subscription because they need to send me a link. On January 15, 2023 they charged my card again for another order (#****). When I saw this I attempted several more times to reach them via phone, email and text messages - they never responded. Today I received an email that both the November and January orders were fulfilled and are currently in route to my home though in all my messages I asked that they cancel my subscription and refund my credit card. Im at my **** end and need help reaching them.
