On 7/5/2022 my car a 2016 Hyundai Sonata was towed to Hyundai 112 due to engine failure. There is a recall on the engine and it is also under warranty. I have spoken to the Hyundai corporate office several times as well as the dealership. Today is 9/9/2022 and Corporate is telling me they are waiting for the approval from Hyundai 112, when I speak to the dealership (Hyundai 112) they are telling me they are waiting for the approval from corporate. Today Corporate tells me Hyundai 112 submitted the claim to corporate with the wrong spelling of my my name and it was rejected and nobody knows how to fix the problem!!!! I am spending $2500.00 a month on a car rental (***** per day) because they don't have a loaner car for me. I was told today I will only be reimbursed $40.00 per day by corporate and they will not reimburse me until the engine is replaced.

On 6/30/21 I leased a 2021 Santa Fe from Hyundai 112. The price was fair and I was pleased the transaction. However, on 9/7/21, at 3am in the morning my brand new car, with less than **** miles on it, overheated on the side of the road until the point that smoke poured out of the hood. Hyundai Roadside Assistance told me that they could not get to that road( Service Road on the LIE). The police ended up towing my car. It took another almost 18 hours to locate my car and have it towed to Hyundai 112. Hyundai would not give me a loaner car until my car was on the property. I left with a tiny loaner car around 7pm . In two days, I was told by Service I could pick my car up. The problem was a hose they said. I drove home that night. The next day the car overheated twice, this time just flashing a light and making an alarm noise. It was not just a hose. My car is still in service now over 3 weeks later. No response from Hyund 112General manager. No response from Hyundai case manager.
