I applied for a lease the end of June 2022. I was approved with my current vehicle as a trade in. My car dealer *** told me that they had supply issues for the specific type of car I was looking for. We decided that I would put down a $500 deposit in order to hold a car for me that was at the time being built. Throughout the 3 months of waiting for this car to be built and shipped I was constantly having to track down my dealer to get an answer on when the vehicle will be built/shipped. 3 months later, I heard nothing from ***. I called the dealership multiple times to only be sent to ***'s voicemail. I asked if someone else could help me and they said no. *** never responded to my latest emails inquiring about the situation. Instead, I received a letter from the finance office dated a month late that I was being denied. I now need to fight to get my deposit back, and still no word from ***.Customer response
