Absolutely horrible experience after buying several trucks for my company from them. About a year ago I bought a truck that I explained when I bought the truck that I wanted my guys to be able to drive on the parkways. I was told that the truck was a passenger vehicle and was even registered by the dealership as a passenger vehicle. A few months ago one of my employees was driving the vehicle on sunrise Highway, not even on a parkway and was pulled over because he noticed passenger plates on what apparently was not a passenger vehicle. The officer proceeded to explain that the truck, in fact did not have the passenger package making it a commercial vehicle. After countless calls to the dealership and promises for returned phone calls, yesterday I show up to appear for my court date to fight the tickets and I am told now that I have to hire an attorney because I bought the vehicle in my companys name. Not only did I waste hours of my day away from my business yesterday And still not received a callback from the dealership again yesterday, but now I have to hire an attorney to represent me for almost $2300 in tickets, all because this dealership told me they sold me a passenger vehicle. Im registered with passenger place and in fact, it was not a passenger vehicle. I was told that they would call me back weeks ago when they looked into it and still heard nothing. This happened now after a prior incident where I sold back one of my other trucks and bought two more and had an agreement that all of my ladder, racks and internal rocks were to be transferred into my new purchased truck. The sales person agreed and transferred all of the internal work boxes, but forgot the ladder rack. The manager lied to me, telling me that they couldnt take it off yet they failed to realize I have trackers on my vehicles and already saw that they sold it.

    Hi

Please beware that we abide by New York state DMV rules and regulations at all times. As for a ladder rack we did reimburse this customer in the thousands of dollars range for a roof rack that was left on her vehicle. If she would like to contact *************************** and discuss this matter we would be more that happy to attempt to find a solution.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

the truck I bought was registered by the dealership with passenger plates. We received $2300 and change in fines because an officer noticed the passenger plates on sunrise highway I believe and fined us for having passenger plates on a commercial vehicle. That is how the dealership registered the truck. When I called the dealership, they were not helpful and didnt call back when they said they would. I asked them to cover the cost of the tickets and change the plates to be commercial even though I specifically thought I bought a passenger vehicle but there was no passenger package from what I now understand. They improperly registered the plates. We then had to appear in court and then told by the court that we had to hire an attorney because the truck is owned by a companyanother $1500. Now I have to go re register the vehicle which I asked the dealership to do at their expense and cover the cost of my tickets and now I expect my attorney to be covered. If they properly registered my truck, I wouldnt be in this situation with $1500 for an attorney, hours of time away from my business and $2300 in tickets.

No need to have your lawyer involved, you guys are wrong here and can just admit that and pay the tickets. But Ok!

I purchased a 2015 ****** Rogue from 112 Certified Medford on 6/11/22. At the table With the salesman ***** who conferred with his manager ***** that the full price of vehicle including all taxes and fees would be ******. They are trying to state that the price of the car that I agreed to was ****** + taxes and fees. I had told them at the time that my price limit for everything included was 15k and they managed to talk me up to the ****** so we agreed that would be the price if I finance the car, and I would put down **** dollars which I did. I agreed if there were no prepenalty payments since I plan to pay the car off asap. So when I got my first bank statement and I asked for a payoff amount i was astounded to find that the payoff was ******. It turns out that they also added a warranty on the car for $3295 without asking me or even giving me the option to purchase which I would have said no. So thought my payoff would have been 15995-**** down, not ******. Im not sure how many people they are deceiving with this ridiculously priced warranty for a used vehicle and then adding fees above an agreed upon price. Many people may not check their payoff amount because they are only going to be making monthly payments. I have called numerous times and have spoken to ***** and ***** the office managers, Lamel the salesman and ********* in Finance and all they keep telling me is this is what you have agreed to. They finally dropped the warranty that I never agreed to but I had to come their and sign a cancellation letter. I am still waiting for that to be processed. They said it could take **** weeks. I would like my payoff amount to reflect the agreed upon price of ******{including ALL fees and taxes} minus the money I put down of **** which would be ******- not ******{the payoff amount at bank}-3295{the price of the warranty) which is ******. I am still out 1k and they are refusing to give that back to me.

We would like to sit down with you and go over the paperwork with you at your convenience. We did cancel the extended service contract as per your request a few weeks back.

We also have documentation that says the purchase amount was far less than the amount you are claiming. If the BBB can assure it will be held to the privacy standards we will be happy to submit them.

    Thanks

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:It does not matter what their paperwork states the ***** was not the Purchase price Lamel and I agreed upon it was the Total price for the car and all fees/taxes associated.  Thus is what I was led to believe when I signed the paperwork.  I told them I would not have purchased the vehicle because my limit was 15k fir Everything included not just the purchase price of the car.  I Specifically said this to Lanel the salesman.  And yes they did cancel the car warranty but the fact that I was even charged for something that was never explained to me or was I even asked if I wanted one is shady I am still waiting for It To come off my bill which they said can Take  up to 12 weeks.

My son and I were interested in a car. We test drove and agreed to buy the car. After signing the contract we were told the car had mechanical issues. The dealer told us the deal was canceled and returned the down payment. However, one week later I received loan payment information from *************** The loan was processed despite not purchasing the vehicle. I have called multiple times to get the loan account deleted but nobody from the dealership has returned my calls or rectified the situation. As of this writing I still have a loan for ******** outstanding in my name for a vehicle I did not purchase.

I bought a car. I paid $5,000 down, and instead of paying $5,000 less in the final payment of the car, they added $5,000 more to my payment. They also told me that the payments were going to be for 5 years, and in reality they are 75 months more than 6 years... (if you can answer me in Spanish it would be better, I don't speak much English)
