12-4-23 through 12-5-23 I have received calls from United Mortgage non stop. Different people each time under a different number and I have asked them to stop calling. Yet they continue to call and try to hard sell their service. Absolutely ridiculous!Initial Complaint

I applied for a mortgage with a single lending company. I did not apply for a mortgage with United mortgage, but yet somehow they got my information. I have gotten 30 or more phone calls from United mortgage attempting to solicit my bussiness. I have told them time and time again that I am not interested, nor did I give consent to receive such phone calls. Every time they call, I block the number. Somehow, they continue to contact me. Multiple times daily. I have asked to be removed from the call list, I have told them I feel like Im being harassed, I have said it all and yet they are still calling me. I would NEVER use United mortgage for the simple fact that their agents unwilling to accept no for an answer nor do they respect what your telling them. Run far away from this company!Initial Complaint

I have been having problems with United Mortgage Corp. sending proper paperwork and recognizing me as the executor of the estate for my parents home. Paperwork was submitted in June 2021. I was told on July 8, 2021, July 30, 2021, August 29, 2021 and September 24, 2021 that they have all the required documents from me. As of this date I have not received paperwork that requires my signature that I was told was mailed out several times. They continually mail paperwork to the wrong address listing my deceased mother as executor. They continually assess late charges on the account for payments that are mailed out at least 18 days before a late charge should be assessed. They are purposely delaying the cashing of checks. I have gotten nothing but the run around with this company.Business response

Insufficient information was provided to address this complaint. Please have the complainant provide United Mortgage Corp. with the correct information to review the complaint.
United would need decedent's name and property address to properly review, evaluate and resolve this complaint.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:All of the necessary information was provide to United Mortgage multiple times. Decedent's name, loan number and court paperwork appointing me as executor. Can not list that info here on a public website. They have my name and contact information and as previously stated they refuse to tell me what the problem is in writing or verbally on the phone. I am only told paperwork was mailed and then I never receive it.
