      We never intend to contact anyone who is not in search of a business loan. We have opt-out in every text and email we send we also have it directly on our website. We have removed you from our database.

      Hi, I constantly get emails and calls from this company and its associates. Iv unsubscribed many times which does not work. They have even said they will take me off the email list and I continue to get spam emails from them and there associates. It's very aggravating. It would be great to have you contact them about next steps in my grievance. Thank you

      We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. All of our email campaigns include opt-out links at the bottom and we have an opt-out link at the bottom of our website too, we have not seen any opt out forms from this merchant. We have now removed him from all of our marketing databases.

      I requested to be removed from this company email/mailing address list on November 16th 22. After multiple complaints, the funding manager began sending inappropriate, condescending, and extremely unprofessional emails to me in response to my request. He should be reprimanded by the company. A business owner should not be subjected to this type of immature treatment - this is totally unprofessional!!!!!

      This company send me several emails a day and calls me several times a day to offer me loans and other products that I don't want. I have tried to unsubscribe from these services via email, phone, and certified letter. However, I cannot get them to stop contacting me, as they flood me with spam every single day. This week, one of their employees called me a "*********** ******" when I asked them to stop calling me. It made me cry, as I did nothing to merit that type of insult. After verifying with ******** DLLR, I discovered no ********************* registration, which is a requirement to conduct business in ********. Furthermore, I found no licensure/certifications in the state of ********, which is required of any entity that lends money to ******** businesses and consumers. So, for all intents and purposes, they shouldn't be contacting me (or anyone else in ********) to offer loan products and services. After reading the comments about this company on the Better Business Bureau, I see how this company has been terrorizing other people and businesses. This company i most likely not licensed to conduct business in the states in which these consumers live in. That said, I beg the BBB to help me get this company to stop contacting me, as well as investigate their business practice.

      To whom it may concern, Here at Shore Funding Solutions, we take requests to be opted-out very seriously as we do not condone nor practice any type of marketing that can be viewed as harassment.  Our e-mails, like many other well-known company marketing emails, promote services tailored to potential clients.  All of our e-mail marketing campaigns are vetted out to comply with CAN SPAM Act regulations to have the option for any and all recipients to opt-out of the list.  We do have links on our website found at the footer and also directly here, ****************************************** to reach out and get opted out from email and/or telephone marketing.  Clients can also call us directly to request to be opted out.

      They continue to call and harass me despite me requesting multiple times to remove me from the call list as I am on the national Do Not Call Registry and they are in violation with their laws.

      Someone from this business calls me at least once a day, sometimes up to 3 times a day. I have repeatedly asked them to remove me from their list, but to no avail. I continue to get calls. I was once a business owner and now no longer run the business. I would like the calls to stop, please.

      We never intend to call anyone who is not looking for funds for their business. All of our methods of contact all have an opt out option that can be done by the customer themselves. This contact has been removed from all databases. If we can be of any further assistance please let us know.

      I have previously filed complaint ID #******** in which the matter was resolved by the BBB having the company, Shore Funding respond to the complaint by saying they would not contact me again. They have been calling me this past week, on March 21 at 7:30 am, March 22 calling at 7:30 am, March 23 calling 8:00 am, March 24 calling at 9:30 am. They ask to speak to ********* and in the caller ID it clearly says Shore Funding or Shore Financial. I have never done business with them or any affiliated business like them. They act like I want a loan from them when I have never initiated any personal or business loan. I have asked them to stop calling and purchased a scam block program to block their call but their numbers are spoofed with different area codes and numbers cause my phone to ring. I notified my cell phone carrier and had upgraded program called "scam block" added to my service, but their calls still come through. I can't stop them from calling me. Please help.       I receive numerous text messages from this company illegally spamming their funding services. This company spams people over text messages violating do not call lists.

      They harass me on a daily basis, despite the fact that I have never had nor wanted an account with them. I am recently blind and the harassment is outrageous. I have pleaded with them to stop, and then they harass me again. Now they just do it on my phone constantly. (Shore Funding) Small Biz Loans, Fast *****************day Funding Available. I've tried everything but physically going there and killing myself in the street with a sign blaming them.Please for the love of God make it stop!!!

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      As I was receiving this from the BBB, I was again contacted by phone by the harassing company. They have lied, I'm definitely still in their system. I even tried calling the company and their employees LAUGHED at me and wouldn't even stop laughing at my pleading. I told them my next call would be with a lawyer and they continued laughing in a ridiculous uproarious way, like my complaints were the funniest thing they ever heard. Since they wouldn't stop the hysterical laughter, I was forced to hang up. I'm genuinely considering suing because this is horrible.

      Our IT Department has verified that as of April 8th at 9:52 am EST the request to remove this reviewer's phone number from all of our systems was completed.  The number we removed ends in 7166.  Kindly provide the number called into and the agent spoken to so that we can address this matter internally as we do not condone nor promote harassment of any kind as described.  Thank you.
