      I signed up to get a washer and dryer on a lease for the dryer to break within 1.5 hours of it being delivered. I am then told they will swap the dryer out same day however no one showed! I then call back to be told I have to wait 5 more days. I ask for compensation and get the run around, I then ask for a supervisor and the person handling my call mutes the line for 10+ mins before Im routed. I paid for working equipment and in turn get someones trash!

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. Considering the equipment is used better testing should be conducted and the customer should not have to fix the ********************!

      Our building recently changed laundry service providers from CSC ServiceWorks, Inc. to a new vendor and we were instructed to contact CSC ServiceWorks to get refunded for any laundry card balances that were left over after the transition. We were instructed to mail the laundry cards for a full refund to the below address: ***************** Attn: ********** *********************************************** Their customer service rep indicated that the time to process was 12 business days. Card #************ had a balance of $29.95 and Card #************ had a balance of $0.55, for a total of $30.50. We have not received a refund for the cards although they were mailed in February 2021. We were informed on multiple occasions by customer service when we called that we would be contacted by a manger in 48 hours. This follow call has never occurred. The last time we called we were given reference #********. We would like a full refund ASAP to avoid the need for future action.
