      This is a scummy company with a horrible app. If you live in a large apartment complex, they might have a monopoly on the laundry in that complex. Their app will suddenly drop into negative balances for no reason, it will sometimes take your money without running the machine, it often doesnt work at all by not letting you log in or sign onto the app, wont let you take your money back out after putting it in the app, and endless other software issues. Meanwhile, their card readers often struggle to read cards, they also might take your money without running the machine, and sometimes they wont work for hours at a time. Leaving your clothes wet if the issues are on the dryer and you already washed your clothes. Their over-the-phone customer service is also very bad. They are rude, they are slow, and they will leave you on hold for over 20 minutes. Sadly, ive been using this companies services for years, but only because i have no other choice. Ive left endless complaints and nothing is ever solved. They take your money happily and never give you anything in return except for aggravation and wet clothes. They often take weeks to fix broken machines too. Absolutely horrible company.

      We have hired their services to rent their laundry and dryer machines year **************************************************************** the first 2 years the laundry commission checks we received monthly were ok based on how much the collection was.Then on the 3rd year 2021 till present they were skipping on collection and the laundry commission checks were getting smaller and smaller despite the big amount they received. I have emailed many times about this situation to their account manager and all she said that the monthly collections were behind due to some computer problems. Our contract will end in 2026 of March and I regret so much in hiring them If you file a complaint about machine troubles they don't come right away.it will 2 weeks to repair the machine, and the last technician who came to fix the **** recently doesn't do it right until we did not let him go and fin8sh the problem

      I've never heard of this company, yet they tried to process a fee on my card. Thankfully my bank blocked it... they're a fraud

      After all calls, still no one come to fix machine. We paid 166 a month to rent the machine, 2 out of 3 broken. We reported the problem, no one come.

      Well, a 4 year old machine, constantly breaks down. They won't replace it. They raised the prices. Send new techs who may or may not know what they're doing. They're like the Mafia. Spin the wheel, take your chances.

      Regarding machine replacement, the machines on site are what were ordered by the property and are likely intended to be kept for an extended period of time and may need continued service. CSC will continue to respond to all service requests. We encourage you to reach out to your property regarding this concern and the price increase, as the increases are discussed/agreed upon with management.

      On December 27, 2023, I requested a refund after attempting to wash my clothes, which came out of the washer dirtier than before. Even after using two different washers, the issue persisted. However, I didn't receive a refund until March 23, 2024, and it was provided in the form of a bonus added to my laundry account, even though the complex stopped using their services on February 28, the day before I moved out.When the first refund was settled, I attempted to close my account and have the money refunded to my debit card, but I was informed that bonuses couldn't be refunded to a debit card. I then requested the remaining amount but was denied on three separate occasions, even after two requests were submitted by a supervisor. Subsequently, on July 31, 2024, I was told that they needed one of the two cards I used to load my account. However, I received a new debit card on March 1, 2024, as a replacement for one of the cards they requested, and the account for the second card is closed. Despite informing them of this, all communication ceased.Now, every time I call, I'm told that the wait time is 3-4 minutes, but after waiting for 15+ minutes, the line goes silent. This situation is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If my December request had been handled promptly, my account would have been closed before I received the new debit card. It's unfair that I'm losing money because they are not doing their job.

      I think your company sucks! I can't wait to change to another once our contract is up.We have 1 washer and 1 dryer in each building and have waited for a dryer now for over 2 months.It sad that your business is still operating.I am going to circulate to all my business contacts to never use your services.If they have you now, I imagine they are thinking the same thing as me.

      The quality of the machine is from the early 2000s and have ruined my clothes with oil or lack of service to the machines, and yet they keep raising the prices on the machine anyways! This company is ripping people off. CVC GO needs to get better machines or quit raising the prices just to raise the prices! Oil soaked stains on my clothes, sometimes the clothes dont dry, or my clothes are found sitting in water.. also I have never received a refund for services after I have requested it because the machine just took my money! Terrible company!

      Price increases and the type of machines on site are discussed/agreed upon with the property. The machines on site are what was ordered and likely intended to be kept for an extended period. We encourage you to reach out to your property regarding these concerns. 

      Below are refund resources: 
      Residents can report lost funds within 1-2 business days of losing them, and the refund must be associated with a service request for verification. We do not authorize mass refunds over a span of time.
      The online form Refund Request CSC ServiceWorks (cscsw.com) is for minor refunds for one broken machine at a time. 
      If you utilize the *** Go or *** ********** applications, you need to request a refund via the mobile app (by using the service request feature) instead of the online form, as you will be directed to the app. Large refunds requested online with no information about how the funds were lost cannot be approved. 
      Any time funds are lost in one machine, you may use the online form within two business days, if possible.
      If two or more machines are used, please call us at ************ to report the machines and request a refund. 

      Also, if clothes are damaged, you must call our customer support line to discuss these concerns and submit a damage claim inquiry.

      We have been using Coinmach (CSC Serviceworks) for decades! But we have finally reached the time to look elsewhere. We, too, have poor results from customer service! We have an assisted living/health care facility that has experienced machines being done, and week after week without seeing a technician - after the ticket has been "expedited". We pay our bills on time each month and cannot get anyone to come out to fix machines. We hear the same thing from each representative AND supervisor we talk to. They apologize for the inconvenience, however, as I told **** (the supervisor I've talked twice within the past week), the apology is only good if the issue is rectified...... I WOULD LOVE TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT LEASES WASHERS AND DRYERS IN **************!!!!I would give a negative rating, if I could! The contact number listed here is to the same customer service we report issues to...not a corporate number!

      How many times does it take, for multiple people, to tell you that machines in an apartment complex are not working? How dilapidated, grungy, and down right putrid can a washing machine become until you think of coming over to fix it?I came to my laundry room, called the **** to obviously do my laundry. I only have limited time, money, and patience to accomplish tasks important to me. If I cant wash my work clothes, how would I be able to go to work?To much of my surprise, ( I am not surprised at all by this) when I walked into the *** to smell rotten, pungent water. Flys, preying on the infested waters, infused with some globular green and blackened sewer like sludge. Remind you, this is what I WALKED into. Seeing most of the machines turned off, I go ahead and think to myself I have to do this no matter what, I do not have a choice due to this being my only day off, and it is financially responsible. So, as I start putting my clothes in the washer, a resident was looking at me strange. Weird I thought, but continued grabbing my clothes and gently placing them in the washer. Its not until I was loading the rest of my laundry in a second washer is where she had spoken up, telling me that almost ALL the machines are broken, Dirty water she says. She had told me that the only ones that work, are the ones in the very back. Four. Four out of TWENTY. Only 20% of their machines work. I decided to not wash my clothes there due to the fact that these might fail too.Also, Ive put in a refund of only $3.00 12/12/2023 at 6PM; no decency in giving that back to me, well over 7 months now. Not to mention, you cant put in a refund until the last one is completed, whether it is accepted or declined. With how many times the machines have failed on me, Im likely missing over $30 worth.There is no excuse for the lack of repair for very simple machines, the same ones you would work on that dont change, you have all the manuals, all the parts.
