I do not recommend her. My brother hired her on advice of his best friend's wife. Everything was left to that wife. My brother stated he wanted my house paid off from his bank accounts, but she "allowed" it added that he knew it was not legally enforceable. When I called to ask about the process, she very nicely informed me there was nothing left. She had rewritten his will 3 times, and was often told he wanted to pay off my house. Later, I wondered why she allowed such a thing to be written that left it up to the friend's wife as to whether or not to enforce his wishes? How did she know when I called that there was nothing left before checking? That's right, she was friends with the wife. Why was everything left to her, not his best friend, her husband? And why everything except one of his houses, which he was smart enough to give the deed to my nephew before he died? My brother was very well off with 6 siblings, yet EVERYTHING, including the money to pay off my house was left for her friend to do as she wished with. I don't see her looking out for his best interest. Adding it legally not enforceable that he wished my house to be paid off from his bank accounts, allowed the wife to decide not to do as he wished. Did my brother pay for his or her friend's best interest? When I questioned her she did not respond so I can only think as bad as I do about her.
