This company will haggle you day after day, and when you decide not to do a loan with them they get disrespectful; please view attached images from the "underwriter" of this company. STAY AWAY! Very unprofessional company.Initial Complaint

I have been dealing with TrustFi for years now, This originally started because I applied for business funding for a one of my businesses. This particular business has been shut down for many years now, and TrustFi still called me on a daily basis. I have had many interactions with them usually not notable, but today that all changed. Today a gentleman called me and rapidly informed me that he is with TrustFi. He then proceeded to ask me if HydroDip of **** is still looking for business funding, I replied that business no longer exists and asked politely if TrustFi could please remove me from their call list because about 2 months ago I had spoken to a gentleman that was very pleasant and had informed him that business is no longer operational to witch he asked me if I have any other businesses, I replied yes but I have no need for funding at the moment. He then asked politely if he could follow up next month, I replied to that you are welcome to follow ** in 6 months,and that is where the conversation ended. from that day on I get at least 1-3 calls per day from this company. I was treated rude and inconsiderate today and when I called back to ask for a manager I got hung ** on 3 times in a row.Initial Complaint

I had trustfi call me to offer additional funding and after 6 mnths of negotiating with *********************** one of there employees he guaranteed me over and over and over again that there would be absolutely no fees ,closing cost ,or percentage out of pocket for this loan and it would be based solely on interest charged per day that the loan exists to end of term. If i payed off early I would only owe the amount borrowed minus payments already made! I finally felt comfortable to move forward and then after a month after being funded decided to pay off the loan. Only to find out that i had been completely lied to and that my balance to pay off included a 20% charge on top of amount borrowed that i then had to pay!!! I was fully misled and lied to and others need to know to stay away from this business and ******* Claim!!! You will be ripped off!
