Placed a order for my nieces funeral. Got confirmation odered was placed, then hour later got email saying it was cancel due to unavailable delivery location. We'll you list your address as *************************************** are supposed to be delivered in ******* and you say you are in ******, ******* by phone number I called.Called 3 times to get refund and always told 1 to 2 business days. Got confirmation email saying refund will be processed. This is a florist that is a scam. I will be watching my card till Wednesday and if it's not there, I will be going to the bank to dispute and canceling my card for a new one.Review from Mariselva O

I placed an order September/2023 . They did not deliver or returned my money! Big scam! We all need to take action against them. Its way too many people already and they continue to scam people!Review from Jess L

WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! Echoing the comments relating to a cancelled order and then no refund! I have emailed multiple customer service emails with no reply, except for the first initial one that said they would refund it. would give 0 stars if an option. placed an order. They processed payment. Then said outside their delivery area. **** would refund the money. Now more than 6 months later and still have not refunded the money. If they can't deliver, they should not charge someone. I will be filing a complaint to get money back. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. After calling, I was told it is only an "online" florist. spoke to someone that sounded like he was in a mass call center. He did not want to help and he hung up on me.Review from Vester P

This company is a scam at its finest. They take your money and you never get a order. I told them at this point this is now a criminal offense, the customer service rep was beyond rude. Order was placed in September, this is now Dec. Do not order from this companyReview from Megan M

Do not order from this company! I placed an order which was cancelled 1 day later. It has been 2 months and I have yet to receieve a refund on my cancelled order despite multiple contaces (email and phone).Review from Toya C

I ordered a birthday arrangement for my sister birthday, I didnt received a confirmation of receipt. I called after a few hours to ensure the order was successful, when I called the representative told me the order was cancelled due to distance, and that I will be refunded full $70.55 since Nov *******. I called 2 times and they said I will see redund 2-3 days. I havent received yet. I am very upset. I had to purchase from another company so I need my refund.Review from maryjo s

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday, received a confirmation saying my order was being processed, within minutes got another email saying it was cancelled due to the local florist being unable to deliver the flowers and that my money would be refunded within 48 hours, email was nicely signed by ************************* customer happiness manager. Disputed the transaction with my bank and was refunded temporarily while they investigated the transaction, but Im assuming the bank never got a response, just like I havent , so the bank reversed the transaction and charged me for the flowers my daughter never received. Dont order from these THIEVES who are taking peoples hard earned money. They dont even respond to my emails, been asking for my money back but these SCAMMERS DONT REPLY.Review from De B

Theyre awful!!!I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my daughters birthday.I got a bit anxious and called because the site says same day delivery.The man on the phone said oh,we dont deliver in your w,Im terribly sorry.Ill cancel the order and refund you.I received the email that Id been refunded.NOPE.No refund.I emailed them saying I hadnt gotten my money back.The return email said they were sorry and would take care of.Still nothing.I cant get anyone to help me with this.Once again,this business is a disgrace!!!
