      Fraudulent scammers!! Wish I had seen these review before I placed an order with these crooks. I placed an order, was notified later that it was cancelled, but never received a credit for the charge. When I called to complain, I was told they would put the credit through--but from the looks of all these reviews, that probably will not happen. So I will have to go through my credit card company. Ironically, since this charge, I have had half a dozen fraudulent changes on the same card. Coincidence?? Probably not.

      This is a scam I wish I had read the reviews first cannot track my order nor can I contact them hopefully the bank will refund my money

      Scam artist pieces of ****.Promise you delivery by the end of day. Then 6pm rolls around and get an email saying oops sorry. We needed a valid phone number. Well the number I gave on the order has been my cell for 26 years.. they don't reply to emails, it's an AI chat bot.. and I've sat on hold being "caller #1" with a wait time of 15 seconds for 38 min of my 74 min call. Looks like I'm out $75... I'm beyond ****** and have no way to get this money back. I paid with a pre paid Amex I got as a gift.

      OMG!!! Ordered a time sensitive flower arrangement and the day it was supposed to be delivered, they emailed me a cancellation notice and that they used to deliver to the zip code given, but no longer do. Promised that refund was in process, yet the ****** is still pending in our account!Danger *************************!!!

      I ordered flowers on 6/27/24. They said they can delivered. They charged my account. Then they cancelled my order. Its been almost 2 weeks and still havent received the refund.

      SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! ORDER CANCELLED, MONEY TAKEN!!! I ordered bereavement flowers, on the EVENING of July 3rd, 2024, and within ONE hour my order was cancelled via email claiming they could not find a partner florist to design and deliver my flowers, and I would be refunded my money. Today, July 6, 2024, my credit card was charged. My hopes of getting a refund are zero as I've read the previous complaints, and, stupid me, I should have looked up this company up BEFOREHAND.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY BELONG IN JAIL.

      Canceled my order within minutes. Promised a refund immediately. They lied and keep stalling me on my refund. ******** says Im sorry we are working to resolve this issue.

      I agree, these people are thieves! I ordered flowers that were cancelled the next day with no explanation. When I called and spoke with "*****", he said he was located in ******** and I should see a refund in a few days - still nothing. I will notify my credit card and hope that merchants services will close their account.

      I ordered 2 different sets of flowers on June 27. Later that night, I received an email stating that my orders were canceled and was refunded. It is now day seven, and I have not received a refund for the amount that I have paid for both deliveries. I have emailed them twice asking how long it will take to receive my refund(first one was 1 day after the order was "cancelled"). They responded with(I am paraphrasing) they are apologizing for the inconvenience that they are actively working quickly to resolve the issue. Here it is day 7 and I told them I wanted my money back ASAP. I also stated that if I did not get my refund within 24 hours of sending that email that I would be forced to submit a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Again, they responded with the same response as the first email. I need my money back because it was $101.44. I am really upset that this company did not deliver my flowers and have now kept my money. I was trying to send friends (that had both lost pets) flowers to send my condolences. I am a very unsatisfied customer. I have read this has been an issue with this company, after I received the cancellation email. I will have to do better research on companies next time so I do not get screwed out of my hard earned money.
