            Have been training with Ben for about 18 months. Not only is he super knowledgeable as it pertains to all things fitness, he's also very keen on posture, stretching and helping all of us make sure we do the exercises right and not hurt ourselves. Thanks to his classes and instruction, my fitness level has dramatically increased and I no longer have any pain in my left knee, a problem I had been dealing with for years. I definitely recommend and vouch for Ben and hope all of you reading this give his classes and personal training sessions a chance.
