I am so disgusted by this place I do not even know where to begin. What vultures who prey on grieving people. When they called to collect the payment for my cremation, they asked if I wanted a paw print made, which I absolutely did. I have had them made for pets before and they were wonderful mementos of them. They asked if I wanted **** or foam and I chose **** because that's what I have always gotten prior and it has been really nice. Well, flash forward to today when I pick up my pets remains from the vet. As soon as I got into the car, I opened the box with the paw print because I was looking forward to this in particular. What I saw left me absolutely horrified and gutted. THEY DON'T EVEN BAKE THE *********** How the h*** do you make paw prints on **** and don't bake it to ****** it????? The second I touched it, there was immediately a huge indention in the **** from my fingerprint. On top of that, there was barely any paw print!!! I am so horrified. There was basically just holes in the **** from where her nails would have been pressed in. There were no paw pads or indentations for pretty much anything else. There looked like a small dip in the ****, if that, and then holes from her nails. Why offer to provide a service if you don't intend to do it properly??? And then charge for it???!!!! Milking grieving pet owners for even more money for a keepsake you're providing them that is absolute garbage. I was so disgusted I hid the box in the basement because I can't even stand to look at it, and now my cat is dead and I cannot even have another one made by a place that actually cares and values their clients and the product they offer. I have not stopped crying since I picked up everything. On top of that, names were spelled wrong on all the labels and there was no name plate in the envelope as there was supposed to be. I am so horrified and disgusted, I know I keep repeating that, but I can't believe this happened. I will NEVER use this company again
