I TOOK MY SIDE BY SIDE ATV TO GET FIXED, I TOLD THEM THAT I CHANGED THE **** ON THE SIDE BY SIDE AND THAT THE *** WONT DRIVE MORE THEN 20 MILES PER HOUR. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY NEED TO CHANGE THE **** AGAIN BECAUSE THE ONE THAT I PLACED WAS "CHEAP" , THEY TOLD ME THAT AFTER THEY ALREADY CHANGED IT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION !! MY *** IS IN A GREAT CONDITION AND HAS 400 MILES ON IT , AFTERWORDS THEY CHANGED THE ***** WITHOUT MY PERMISSION !! THE **** FROM FRONT OFFICE CALLED ME SAYING THE *** IS READY AND TO PICK IT UP ASAP BECAUSE THEY HAVE O SPACE FOR IT. THE *** WAS THERE TOTAL OF 3 WEEKS!!! I PICKED UP MY *** .. WITHOUT THE ISSUE BEING RESOLVED !! I DISCOVERED THEY CHANGED MY ***** AND **** AND THEY KEPT TELLING ME STORIES AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF MY BAD ENGLISH UNDERSTANDING !! ONCE I TOOK THE *** TO TEST IT , THE ISSUE STILL WAS NOT RESOLVED. THE *** DID NOT GO MORE THEN 20 MILES PER HOUR !! I ASKED THEM WHY THE *** IS STILL LIKE THAT AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO HAVE BLACK *** AND **** ***. BLACK FOR RIDING FAST AND **** FOR SLOW. I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT DURING THIS WHOLE 10 YEARS I HAVE THE *** IT WAS RIDING FAST WITHOUT ANY BLACK *** AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO BE THE ISSUE BC FOR 10 YEARS I HAVE BEEN RIDING THE SIDE BY SIDE ATV WITHOUT ANY BLACK *** TO GO FAST!! THEY REFUSED TO LISTEN TO ME. the owner of the shop told me to go to another place and try to have the problem fixed. HE SAID I SHOULD GET THE *** FROM THEM. I PAID THE ***** IN CASH BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME IF I PAY CASH IT IS BETTER FOR ME, LOOKING BACK I KNOW THEY TRICKED ME !!! I CALLED THEM UP AND EVEN WENT THERE TO SPEAK ABOUT THEM CHARGING ME SO MUCH MONEY $1460.60 AND ASKED THEM TO REFUND ME FOR THE STUFF THAT I DID NOT ASKED TO BE CHANGED AND ALSO BECAUSE THE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED AT ALL !! THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY ... THEY OFFERED ME $20.00 ..... OUT OF $1460.60 !!!!! THEY ALSO CHARGED ME FOR PLUGS THAT THEY NEVER CHANGED!! we serviced your machine as we stated on your ****. due to the nature of the repair your machine needs to have the computer reset after the repair was done. the can-am you own would need to be taken to a dealer to have that type of service done. we explained before working on your machine that we are NOT a can-am dealer but could preform most types of service work on it. we attempted to do what they call a manual reset but it wouldn't work. so I instructed you to take it to the dealer for that to be done. you came back a month later stating the dealer changer 2 spark plugs at a cost of over ****** but witch would've needed to be done if it was ran it with out having the computer reset as we told you it would. I understand there is a language barrier between us. we installed 4 new tires a new cv belt and other tune up items as well . you came in asking for a complete refund for everything. we appreciate your business and did everything we could on your machine up to the computer reset the we could not do. your cv belt slipping is what tripped the safety on your computer that limits the speed of the machine to protect the engine, we repaired the cause but as I stated before we couldn't reset the computer. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. we stand behind the work we preformed...!Customer response

Sir, you made changes to my can am without asking me you did NOT FIX the problem and you sent me
to another place after you charged me $1400!!!!!!!! You took advantage of me !! I will take legal action against you !
i did not agree to the work you claim you did you also claim you changed the plugs but I still have my originals in ?!?! Youre a liar !!!In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Im sorry you feel the way you do, we called you and verified all work to be completed, as well as installing new tires. Im sorry your failing to understand that was explained to you many times as well as in writing . If you feel you need to take legal action we are prepared to stand behind our work. We have been in business over 11 years and have never had a complaint like this. In the future with any business a shop must be given the opportunity to warranty their work but you did not give me nor did you show me any copies of any repair **** from the said dealer that you had work on the unit after us. You merely came in and asked for a full refund on all work approved by you and us preform based on two spark plugs that were fouled out which wouldve happened if you had not taken the unit to the dealer to have the computer taken out of safe..lump mode. You stated they charged you almost 400$ to change two spark plugs. Which is extreme by any means. By then wanted a full refund on a $1400 ****. Half (tires) that had nothing to do with the original complaint. Im sorry you feel the way you do we will stand behind the work weve done and prove our case in court if need be.Customer response

I attached invoice from the place that actually fixed it!!!!! I asked you for half of the **** !!! I told you that face to face !!!
