      On 07/13/2024 I brought my vehicle into the business in which they failed to run a proper diagnostics and claim to have found the issue and fixed it only for the issue to arise again just a few hours after picking my car up from the business. As I brought the vehicle again the next day on 07/14/2024 they claimed to test drive it again and everything was fine. They directed me to test drive the vehicle myself and I experienced the same issues Ive had since the day prior.

      On 8/13/24, (not 7/13/24), ****************** & his father came to our business. From the first point of contact, ********************** father spoke to me & requested for our tech to replace front brake calipers & brake hoses, he advised me he was a mechanic working in the industry for many years before changing his career. There was never any discussion regarding a diagnoses. ******** (father) replaced his sons own brake pads & rotors, then told us he needed the brake calipers & hoses but did not have the time to replace parts himself. I advised our tech to go ahead & replace the calipers & ***** as requested by the customer's father. The work was complete later that same day & they picked up the vehicle. The following day on 8/14/24, I received a phone call from the son, he advised me he thinks there may be an issue, I instructed him to please bring vehicle back to take a look at the parts we replaced to verify they are operating normal. He dropped vehicle off, tech checked the parts & there are no issues, operating normal. I called the son, he was point of contact on 8/14/24, advised him the parts are fine. At this point after getting some history on vehicle, I offered to diagnose vehicle in order to identify original root problem that caused his original calipers & hoses to fail. I explained to him had we known some history the prior day, he would have been made aware that vehicle has a root problem. While my tech was letting vehicle cool down to evaluate original problem, customer grew inpatient, left the office without any further discussion, started his vehicle & drove off. Our shop only replaced the brake calipers & brake hoses as requested by the customer's father & the customer himself.
