On Saturday, December 14, I went to Shear Perfection Salon as it was my first visit. ***** the Owner arrived late as per our scheduled appointment. I showed ***** a copy of a picture of which I wanted to obtain, she stated ****, headed to do the mixing and went right away to work on my hair; at this time i found it unusual that she did not have a consultation with me nor discussed the charges with me. In addition, while I waited for ***** to arrive to the salon, I realized that she had no Price List posted on the wall of her Salon. a) she did a process called stripping of the hair. My hair was processed twice (2x's), When she applied the toner; and we had finished, she asked me to stay because the toner she put on my hair was not dark enough - so she reapplied, adding addition time additional products; at the end of the session: She took my credit card and charged me $725.00. Now that was not what I expected. She took another scheduled date and set up an appoint ment to return to complete the process. I called ***** on Monday, January 23, to confirm the appointment and to ask if the $725.00 was also part of the follow up appointment - in advance, she called back left me a voicemail message and stated that "No" - that all other appointments and completion were additional charges: Again, no consultation, to the process, No regards to the Customer and presented herself as an opportunist. I find the charges horrific and unjust.I am asking the BBB to assist me with a refund from Shear Perfection ********************************** of $225.00, of which will be the value of completing my hair elsewhere.With this I remain!
