I ordered a sweatshirt from Azaadil on October 13,2021. Order#*******. It was a present for my husbands birthday. Unfortunately, it does not fit and I want to return it. I have emailed them two times on November 30 and December 2. I have received no response and thus cannot return it to receive a refund.Customer response

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Azaadil regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Through email communication, the business told me on two different dates, Dec. 20 and Jan. 6, that they would refund me. I was told I only had to pay the shipping costs to return the product. I was given the address for return. The item was received in the appropriate parcel locker on Dec. 30. I have contacted the company four times since that time The company said they would check (the parcel locker) and refund me on January 6. That is the last communication I have from the company and I still have NO refund.

I purchased a product from this company's website azaadil.com and after receiving the product, it broke after 2 days. They have all of the return policies on the site. The email address listed on the site for all **************** related items does not work. All emails to it are rejected, it is not an Active email address. There are ZERO phone #s on the website. Links on the site for "Contact" also do not go to anything real. There is no recourse for consumers to Return/Exchange anything... or even inquire about anything positive or negative.Customer response

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Azaadil regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I received an email from a representative of the company that said they will refund my money but then have never done it. I have since emailed them 4 times and have received no response back. Here is the email it came from and message:

My name is *********************, on Sept 30th 2021 I placed order# ************* for $74.98 for 2 pairs of shoes and recieved 1 pair. One pair was sent to my address with a different name and the pair of New Balance wasnt in the package and it was from a different company. Im really confused as to how this happened but just want the other pair of shoes I paid for. Thank youCustomer response
