Hire ****************** from Jose General Services *** to fix the leaked and remodel the bathroom. He came to the house and gave me a price for labor to do the job. On Day one of the job, two individuals showed up to do the job and I was skeptical. He reassured me with pictures of their work. The problem started to show up when they started to tile the wall. The tiles were unleveled, not cut straight, not lined up with the other tiles, large gap at the end near the ceiling. Immediately, I told them to remove the tiles and use spacer because I don't see them use it. I was told that it cannot be removed and it will be corrected. The next day, they both laser and additional person, the dad, the person I hired to do the job. Never less to less say, the job is horrendous. The tiles are not level, not in line, some tiles have lift up, some don't have grout, the floor tiles wall tiles have grout on the face of the tiles and the grout are cracked. In addition, my shower, matte black is damaged, toilet lid is scratched up, and the faucet are chipped up. I gave them in perfect conditions. I asked two contractors to take a look to see how they can fix. They were shocked on the job was done and I was told that in order to fix it, the tiles have to be removed and start over. I spoke to Jose General Services to remove tiles or reimburse me for the products and the money I paid for labor. **** stated that nothing is wrong with his work. I would like my money back, reimbursement of the tiles and product that I used or take down the tiles and fix it.
