Horrible business practice, ZERO transparency or ability to get any information/response from their customer service called phone number attached to business during working hours and no response, only able to leave voicemail their tracking portal that vendors point you to when you inquire on shipping information after being pointed back to them via customer service hasnt been updated in two weeks and has never included a shipping number or Delivery ETA.All while I have already purchased & paid for over $500 of goods that I cannot even get a response as to where they might be currently sitting. PATHETIC excuse for a company!

Weshit express got me very angry the driver said it was a failure delivery I work from home and I got it on security video he pulled into my driveway didn't get out of the vehicle and backed out wasn't here for 1:30 min. What kind of delivery drivers do they have my???

This company has lost three of my packages and refuses to send out tracking numbers to the consumers . When you call them they will not even help you and refer you back to the company that shipped it. Plus I order a vaping product and it has to be signed for. So how am I suppose to know when to be home to sign or do they expect you to sit around everyday waiting and hoping it shows up.

I have left several phone calls and emails trying to reach someone in the last 5 days and have not received a response. My package was redirected by them and delivered to their NY address and has been sitting there for 5 days. I had spoken to someone 7 days ago who assured me it would be delivered to my address within 3-4 days but obviously not. Now I cant reach anyone! I didnt pick this company and warn others to beware!

Everyone I spoke to at this company was LESS than professional. Called me to say WSE aye we got yo package when you want it?Me So you have my package? WSE yah we been had it Meso youve had it for a while now and just now are asking when i want it WSE yahMe ok i guess, what about monday before 11amWSE aight we got you down for monday at 9am expect a call from yo driver So then I waited and got no delivery or even a delivery attempt and this went on for days of me calling and asking and people telling me i was going to get a call back but never did so then I called like a week after it was supposed to be delivered and i told the guy my name and everything and i was like wheres my package at yall keep telling me youre going to deliver it and call me back and yall arent following through and i swear to GOD the man on the phone started laughing at me. THAT is what ****** me off the most. How are you going to laugh at paying customers. On top of that i tried calling multiple times a week to speak to a supervisor and every time there was a different excuse. They would say to call before 9am one day and the next tell me to call before noon and everytime i did, the supervisor would be on lunch now how does that happen EVERY time I try to talk to a manager. This last time i called in i said look i need to speak to a supervisor or manager right now and the man literally said speak. In a rude *** voice and THAT sent me over the edge. I asked for a manager and he said aint none of em here bruh and i just hung up at that point. This company needs to tank and go under and make room for companies that actually care about their customers and have respect for them. NEVER ORDER FROM A SITE IF THEY USE WSE. I would like an apology from a MANAGER and if possible, action taken against that male employee who laughed at me on the phone.
