7/21 had a grub treatment. By damage from grubs was evident. Reported this to landscaper. Waited 2 weeks for someone to come evaluate. Had to call each week for the next 5 weeks to report the worsening condition. Was promised each week treatment would be done in next 7 days. Was never told I would be incurring additional charges. By week 8 called & told them I didnt want to wait any longer & bought grub treatment to do myself. ********* came on 10/27, one day before I could put treatment down. Next month received bill of $135 +tax( $60/for grub & $60 for peat ************* Called to complain about the charges. Was told the treatment was extensive so more materials were needed, that the first grub treatment only would work for 6/7 days so they were not at fault. My feeling is if they had come 6 weeks earlier the lawn damage would not have been as bad, and I should have been informed at some point in my many phone calls that I could expect a $120 additional charge over & above the costs I had contracted for. In my last phone call on 12/4/23, I asked for a reduction in the additional charges because of the 8 week delay and the poor customer service. I was promised an answer which never came. On 1/8/23 when I received my newest bill, the $130 charge was still there so Im assuming my request was denied.Customer response
