Last year we decided to no longer do business with Russo due to the fact that they started to charge me a minimum use fee which was not in place when we started using their services 10 years ago. I have had numerous complains with the company and finally switched to another provider that does not change that fee. They did nothing to earn that and never came to inspect the tanks as they said was part of that fee. The tanks were returned with over 50% of propane in them and they have refused to issue me a credit for the propane which they said they would do when I cancelled. They feel that the pickup fee was sufficient to take the tanks and keep the propane. They also took months to respond to my emails. If the tanks were empty they would not charge me a fee so why are they charging me a fee when they know they have to pay me for the propane. It is that simple.Customer response
