Between February and March 2022, I ordered over $35,000.00 worth of tile, bathroom ********************** from ******************* the owner and president of Jericho Tile & Stone (aka Glamour Tile). *** committed to provide to me all of the high quality and expensive brands that I ordered and paid for in full. *** delivered sub-par material and refuses to pick them up and deliver the items I ordered. She is also refusing to deliver over $7,000.00 worth of products that to this date I have never received. She has ignored all of my calls, text messages and letters. The items were ordered for 2 bathrooms that I completely redid in my home and both bathrooms remains undone 6 months later. This is the last message I sent on July 6, 2022 and had no response: I will upload the message below.Business response

Regarding our Customer ******************************* ***** ******** Designer was Handling everything for *****************
> ***** was in so much Rush for the job to be done because she was going vacation in the middle of the job. Two times she left the customer in Stress.
> We mentioned that the materials this days takes more than regular time. And please get all the materials first then start the bathrooms.
> ***** said No, just give me whatever is Ready.
> I told her the customer will be in stress if you open the bathroom and you Demolish them fast, some of the materials will take time.
> ***** said will do the rest after I come back from vacation.
> *they Received all the Materials for complete 2 Bathrooms. Plumbing, Tiles, walls, floor. everything has been installed. And its Gorgeous looking.
> *I provided them with my shower door guy to let them finish complete not to Suffer with other companies.
> *few items came in broken and we Replaced it all *one item came different version and they Accepted and installed it.
> *only left is the Hydro System Bathtub and its Faucet, its Ready for Delivery any time.
> *Delay came from ******* plumbing Supply, Which I have a voice conversation from them as a proof to provide you with it. That the bathtub just Arrived.
> ******** never told the customer no one pay the balance to Receive the bathtub which is absolutely wrong.
> ******** Said we can not give you the bathtub till the balance has to be paid.
> ********* the Customer came in while I was in Cancer Surgery in July and she knows about it.That I was not there. With so much violence She Cursed the Girl and Grabbed the invoices from the girl and ran away. Took a picture of all our private *************** then she got a record from her that she dont want give her the bathtub. Which the front desk dont know anything about who is this customer.

> *I understand if when anything comes Broken or wrong, We take it back and give Full Refund.
> But not for the customer to accept it and install it, enjoy it. Then they send us to the BBB and her lawyer to get money Back.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I find it very difficult to respond to Glamour Tile's ignorant, untrue, unprofessional and unethical response but I will address each bullet point.
* I have been working with *** for over 20 years and any vacation she takes plays zero role in any work she has done for me. *** has also NEVER stressed out. I was present at Every appointment we had with *** at Glamour Tile and *** make false promises all the time and stole all my money.
*I understand that materials are taking longer but *** would take full payment from me and not place the order for several weeks. The delay was on her dishonesty not the industry.
**** never made that comment. If so, where is the proof.
*False, untrue statement as I was present for all meetings/appointments with *** at Glamour Tile. *** just wanted my money.
*Again ***'s vacation played NO role in my bathrooms
*I have NEVER received all materials. Where is her proof that I did.
**** and I chose the shower door installer not ***
**** has never replaced any of my items
*As of this writing ******* is still waiting for final payment for the bathtub and she has NEVER ordered the tub filler. Again all these items were paid for in full. I have been in contact with ******* and *** has not responded to their request for full payment.
*There was never a delay from *******, ********;never ordered the items.
*I am in contact with ******* on a weekly basis and *** has never said them for my items. Since they are not paid in full they cannot release the items
*As of this writing ******* is still waiting for payment
*An absolute lie.
*An absolute lie and disgusting that she woul ***** write something like this
**** has never received any return funds through Zelle. Where is the proof from Glamour Tile
*Amy Glamour tile are unethical, unprofessional and stole my money
*I have NEVER received any refund. Again where is the proof
*I have now had to hire an attorney to help me because she has stolen over $13,000 from me.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The tub is over 200 pounds and I will not agree to curbside delivery. I will also not agree to anyone from Glamour Tile entering my property. The tub also has to be delivered with the tub filler and all other missing items.

******** Plumbing Arranged Delivery by Sending An Email to the Customer. As a Request from us to do the Delivery through them. Not through us as the Customer Requested.
* the Customer Confirmed by E mail that she is Accepting the Tub. By ******* driver not us.
* **** was handling the customers order.
*We already Mentioned that **** the Designer Has Received all the Refund through zelle including the bath tub faucet Refund.

I ordered a counter top on ***** from Glamour Tile in ******* and paid $1,290 by check. They were supposed to install and deliver on 12-1-21 and nothing came. I asked for my money back and 2 weeks later they gave me a check and it bounced. I want my money back. I uploaded a picture of the check that bounced.Business response
