I don't trust them at all..Checked my tank to see if I needed oil. Gauge was at 1/8 of a tank. I have a 275 gallon vertical tank. Banner fuel oil company came next day and pumped in 164 gallons. I took measurements of tank 44" high etc vertical. I put a tape measure in and with the help of a oil chart it said I had 194 gallons. Price difference was $3.19 for 200gal I was charged 3.27 for the 164 gallons. My gauge read 3/4 of a tank. Talked to ****** on of the managers,gave him my info and and was told that the whistle stopped which means they stop pumping oil. Ok. Gauge read 3/4 and never had a problem with whistle before. Mind you I have 3 other places with oil heat and all my systems are maintained to the fullest. Talked to ****** and was getting nowhere. Asked to lower price to $3.19 or pump in the remaining gallons to meet the 200 gallons. Asked he wanted to come and see delivery.. nothing was registering. Keep an eye on your gauges and make sure you get the right pricing . They lost a customer. Check reviews and not just prices. I'll wait till another delivery and be there myself before I change anything with tank. I'm aware parts and pieces may break or not work properly but my system is kept very well.. I was just looking for a middle ground and they didn't want to work with me .. Be warned. I don't write reviews but I'm going to start. Tired of ************ with places. Good luck !!!
