I have a fireplace that I purchased from tri-state fireplaces in December ************************************************************************ one of the control boards. I have left approximately six voicemail, voicemail messages and sent several emails to tri-state fireplaces to try and see a solution via warranty coverage. The manufacturer of the fireplace told me that I needed to file any warranty claims through the retail outlet that I purchased the fireplace from.The order number in question is TS ****Business response

The first date of contact on record from this customer is 2/05. At that time, we requested information for warranty replacement including specification of the needed part and installer information. We have yet to receive any of the needed information in order to process this request. As soon as the customer advises of the requested information we will gladly provide the needed parts at no charge. Please provide these details so we can work to assist further.Customer response
