JKV ALPHA SFR I LLC VICORP SERVICES IS THE REGISTERED AGENT IN ********. I WAS TRYING TO FIND THE DIRECTORS FOR LEGAL PURPOSES, VCORP DISGUISED THE INFORMATION

I concur with the other reviewer. This business (V Corp) appears to be useless. I was under the impression when I formed my llc in Ca. I needed a proxy address since I live in another state. I was also under the impression that they would forward any forms sent to me via (VCorp). Nothing could be further from the truth. They send me an alert when the bureaucracies decide to require another form and that's it. VCorp sticks their hand out offering to fill in the un-named form for $180. Tried to call VCorp but no one seems to answer. What a racket they have!

Vcorp registered agent services is less than useful. I signed up for a registered agent through **** and they automatically used Vcorp. I paid HUNDREDS of dollars for this service, as I am a new business owner and needed assistance. I had asked several questions of my registered agent, as I am a new business owner, and I received no answers. I was sent a binder of forms with no explanation. When I e-mailed to get clarification on the purpose of the forms THEY sent me, they told me I need an accountant and they cannot help me.Further, it was advertised to me that I can "change my information at any time." This included changing the names of my Directors. I was under the impression I can change this information at any time, as this is what was advertised. I changed my Directors because this was a new business, and contacted VCorp in need of amending this information. I was informed this would cost $180.I am shocked that this information was never given to me. I was informed that it would be "so easy" to change my information after I filed it. They told me after my injury that this was only in reference to my information "within their records." It does not cost $180 to change your information in ******. There is a fee, but it is NOWHERE near $180. They say part of this fee comes from "the drafting of my document." This is absurd as it is a very easy process to amend my information. I just thought they would help with that, since I already paid over $200 for their services. I am seriously concerned where my money went and for what purpose.They are stealing money and falsely advertising, and I would never recommend this service to anyone.
