Ordered a costume and paid for 2 day air shipping. Called and emailed with no reply . Two weeks later I received tracking information but no item was ever received. Paid over $100 not including the expedited shipping fee. This company is ripping people off.

I placed my order on January 20th. My order was cancelled. I called them to see why the order was cancelled and some one said it was out of stock. I reordered and never received my order. The owner stated my order was on the way via **** He lied and has never answered the phone since. Do not do business with this company. They are thieves and liars. Do not trust them!! Sad part is it was only $57. You are ripping people off for ***** money.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!I placed an order for Silver Secrets cutlery-120 spoons, forks and knives plus 24 extra forks. Didn't hear anything for two weeks. Called and ***************************** said they had just shipped that day. I did receive a package but not what I ordered. The knives were correct but that forks and spoons were not only lighterweight and flimsy but the handles did not match the knives.So, again I call. ***** swore the spoons were correct but saw that the forks were not. You see the forks had a label on the top that clearly stated a different brand. The spoons had no label on the package. I explained that the spoons and forks were wrong and requested replacements for both along with a shipping label to return his merchandise. Today I get a box full of the SAME forks, no spoons. Again, I call. He would not let me talk-kept talking over me. Swore that it was the correct items and hung up on me. I called back-multiple times and he would not answer the phone. I sent an email to which he replied that he had sent a mailing label. I have received no mailing label and obviously, he will not refund until he gets the merchandise.Sounds like a bait and switch to me. I have pictures to prove everything-wish there was a way to upload them. Should I receive the label and a refund I will gladly update my review...but i am not holding my breath.
