In April of 2021, I applied for a personal loan at Walden Savings Bank for cataract surgery. I went to the 1* ******* ******* ***** Branch to sign the paperwork and ************************* was the one who I saw singing off my loan. My dad and I asked her if we can set up the auto payment where the Bank would take it out from my checking account every 7th of the month and she would inform the loans **** this is the way I want it set up. for two months Walden Savings Bank was taken it out on the 7th and after that for some reason, they stop doing this and been taken it out at the end of each month.In October of 2021, I spoke to ************************************ ************** Representative at Walden Savings Bank and she was going to look into why they had been taken out at the end of the month. She called me back and told me the story was not making sense. I told ****** to stop the auto payments and I would sign into my account each month to make the payment. When November came by and I saw Walden Savings Bank took the money out of my checking it says auto payment. When I got the December statement it says there was a late charge for November and they told me in the statement the November payment was due 11/27. How was there late fee when Walden Savings Bank took it out the first or second week of November? I am getting the run around with this loan.
